Had an excellent stay and was even provided a free Tram ticket - My only complaint is that the Wi-FI was a) not free, and b) extraordinarily expensive. Otherwise I would highly recommend this hotel - 10-15 min shuttle to airport.

The hotel was clean and comfortable but extremely overpriced for what you are getting. Breakfast is NOT included and costs more than $30 US per person. Also, the front desk staff was more concerned about wringing more money out of you with extra services than with actually providing you with service. They operate as sales people rather than service personnel. The hotel is in an industrial location less than a 10 minute drive from the airport and provides a free shuttle bus. While convenient if you want to be close to the airport, there is nothing to see if you step outside other than industrial warehouses, factories and a gas station across the street.
very nice hotel. although a little remote fron city center, it is very accessible with the tram station near by and the free shuttle to the airport. very friendly staff. very good noise issolation in the rooms. did not hear people in the hall and hardly heard the airplanes.
A conveniently located hotel in Geneva, with the necessary amenities that is extremely comfortable and pleasant. The rooms were were graciously decorated and some of the most comfortable beds I ever have come across in a hotel. Definitely high on my list of recommendations.
Good enough hotel - cost effective options as compared to this hotel could be found across border in neighbouring France.
We were looking for a hotel close to the airport and NH suited us very well as we also had a hire car and the hotel's underground car park was an advantage. We had to leave early so the noise of aircraft did not bother us but might disturb guests looking for a lie in.

Internet access was expensive, stayed 5 nights reported that a side table was broken the second night but was never fixed, but would stay there again.
