"We would have enjoyed our stay at NH Hotel Munich except for the terrible customer service regarding breakfast. When we checked in, the desk clerk told us the hours that breakfast was offered. I asked if breakfast was included with our rate, the desk clerk looked at her paperwork and replied, "yes, we have a reservation for you." You can imagine how unhappy we were at check-out when we were presented with a bill for 32 euros for breakfast! I explained what we had been told at check-in, but the clerk was adamant that we pay the extra amount. Other than this incident, we enjoyed our stay very much. If you decide to stay here, beware of the breakfast charge!!" - Anne Supsic

By car:
From north or south - A9 (Motorway) to Neufahrn motorway intersection direction to Munich Airport. A92 exit Munich Airport. Follow directions to "Erding". Take the next exit after airport area, called "Schwaig". Follow direction to "Schwaig". After appr. 500 m hotel is on the right side.
nh Airport Shuttle:
The shuttle operates in 30-minutes terms starting 5.30 am until 10.30 pm and passes on to every terminal and Central Area at the Munich Airport. At the exit of every terminal and central area (taxi stop) you will find a bus stop for the hotel shuttle. The shuttle is free of charge for our guests against availability. By arrival at the airport we kindly ask you to call the hotel to send the shuttle. Also Airport Information will assist you for further help.
