Only stayed one night because of an early train, but for that purpose it's perfect, right next to Utrecht Centraal railway station, no nonsense room with bathroom and tea (and coffee)-making facilities, exactly what I needed from it.
Overall this hotel was comfortable and suited our purposes. The staff were helpful and I would most likely stay here again.
A good hotel with a good restaurant. Only thing missing is the possibility to open a window.

Excellent room and facilities. Excellent breakfast choices. Hotel staff only average. Dining room staff very good but reception staff were not very helpful. They were pleasant and tried to be helpful but were not very well informed.
Overall this hotel was a good experience for us, nice room and an impressive breakfast selection. Desk staff were not helpful or friendly.
Very clean, and business like property. On the other side of the station so not excellent for the city centre and getting back late at night but no problem with safety as such.
