"Although the room was non-smoking the previous occupant had smoked in it and achieved this by covering the smoke alarm with a towel. When we entered the room the towel was still covering the smoke alarm even though the room had been serviced, something the cleaner should have seen, and there was still a heavy smell of smoke. The air conditioning inthe room did not work. A fact we reported to the concierge, and received an electric heater to compensate. Although the room was clean the decor was in need of an upgrade." - Kenneth Olive
