the location is convenient, just not so easy to find at the first time. I booked a 3-beds room, big room,service is also good

Hotel clean and staff friendly. Pricing bit expensive. Location near bus station and within 10mins to airport and main train station. Suggest : Wi-Fi to be provided free , competitive pricing , provide kettle in room.

Tea/coffee making facilities would have been welcome.

The main problem of this hotel is its awful service. When we checked in, we were asked to deposit 200 CHF for anything we may paid during our stay, which is rather weird since they have my credit card anyway. I never had such experience before. On the day of checkout, while we were still sleeping in the room before the checkout time, a hotel staff member opened our door and asked us if he could check the minibar. Later when we checked out, we complained to the reception, and they explained that their minibar service is new and the staff member is also new. However, as a 4-star chain hotel, they must know very well how the staff should be trained from the first day. In addition to that, one of the receptionist is quite indifferent although he pretends to be professional (e.g., say "have a nice day" without a smile on his face). The other female receptionist is much better and more accommodating. The breakfast and the wireless LAN are both too expensive.

A nice hotel in an untidy city.

Located approx' 7-8 minutes by tram from city area in suburbs. Clean small hotel, but room was small!!!!. 100metes from tram stop, with tram every 7 minutes, and every visitor to Geneva gets free transport card for whole stay. Never saw bar open!!! for short tourist stay OK.

For the price paid we thought the hotel was good value. Although on a main road, the noise did not inconvenience us and regarding situation we were well-served by the excellent transport sustem to all parts of the city. The room was clean and the staff were courteous, friendly, and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to friends and family.

it was a pleasant experience in geneva to stay in this hotel though room price was comparatively quite high. it is situated near the main railway station (5-7 min in tram/bus) on the main road but far from noise. the receptionist was helpful. food was very costly but we had no problem as there were many foodstalls nearby.

20 min walk from the train station, but hotel provides travel card, go free upgrate as they didn't have a satandard non smoking room :)breakfast was not included and it was 29 franks ( a bit pricely) so we didn't have as you could easily have a nice breakfast for much less. possitive exprience.

This hotel was perfect for our 4 day stay in Geneva. It was very clean, comfortable and in an easily reachable location.

Good location. Near tram stop called Servette. But no tea and coffe facilities in the room.

This hotel is a very europe style hotel, the room is very nice. the cleanliness and facilities also very good.

this hotel is very quant and the ambience is excellent the breakfast was expensive and most of the reception staff were very helpful. you are given free transport passes which is a handy optionwould definitely stay again even though geneva is not my favourite place.

Hotel is well placed and staff friendly. One thing to avoid is the high-priced breakfast - go to one of the cafes nearby.

The hotel is rather far from the city center but they offer a ticket to use a public transport which makes the access to the city center easier. The hotel is clean and the rooms opposite to the street quiet. The price is good but the breakfast is very expensive for this type of hotel: they ask 29 SF per person that means 50 % of the room price. We took our breakfast at a nearby restaurant.

The hotel rooms were very small, however they were very comfortable. The hotel is a little distances from the centre, however they do offer free public transport tickets which came in very useful. The staff were extremely helpful & couldn't do enough for you. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.
