"It is difficult to say how the staff treats you in a few boxes. I was welcomed like family and treated as well. If I needed anything at all, day or night, it was in my hands within minutes. The food was excellent .. particularly the mango salad. Everyone...and I mean EVERYONE literally waited on me hand and foot. I was actually chastised in a friendly way, for bringing my own luggage downstairs at the end of my stay. I was ALWAYS greeted with smiles and ' hellos '. "Our family (incl 2 children aged 4 and 6) stayed 3 nights at the hotel. We found the rooms excellent value for money and the staff were wonderful with our children. The pool was an added bonus for the children. The hotel is outside the old city of Hoi An, but only 10-15 mins walk away. The only downside was the breakfast described as "American" but very limited. However, we would recommend this hotel to others, particularly those with young families." - Jeff Warner
