Getting there:$15 Shuttle ride from the Nelson airport. From Blenheim/Picton turn left on first roundabout up Trafalgar Street. continue straight to foot of Cathedral steps , turn left , then first right ( around Cathedral). Turn left into Nile Street , continue straight through roundabout , and we are 100 metres on left opposite Nelson . Central primary school, on the nmit campus grounds. From south , circle Cathedral and continue up Nile street

Very nicely set out apartments, five minutes walk from the main street and cathedral. Unfortunately the beds were really only small doubles (or king singles!), so not really big enough for two adults to share, and basic items such as a tea towel/soap were not provided. Also, two of the three cooking pans had broken handles! But otherwise very comfortable and clean, and the staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Incorrect contact number from rates to go. NZ phone directory had no knowledge of the units. terrible, very uncomfotable beds.
For the price paid the apartments were poorly equipped with basic kitchen utensils etc which made cooking a meal somewhat difficult (no can opener, corkscrew, sieve, few pots, no dishwashing equipment, kitchen sponges etc). The beds were very small for two people (small double) and very uncomfortable. The apartment furniture was also very uncomfortable. Location wise it was situated on a student campus which should have been mentioned on the website as it was also quite noisy and the construction of the building made it echo.
