room is too small , address is very good . There are many shopping mall close the hotel . It is located in city center. The breakfast is japanese style .

The hotel is clean and the staff was always very nice and polite. The only thing is the superior rooms are a bit small. If there is only one person staying in the room you will be fine but if there are any more than that you will be running into each other. So for a business trip such as mine and being the only one in the room it was a nice stay and great location.

This is a really wonderful place to stay if you are in Jakarta because everything about this hotel is great. Staff are courteous. Chef buffet is great. Price is so reasonable compare to surrounded hotel. Location is the best. I'll be back.

I am satisfied with my 3 nights stay there. The staff are polite and helpful. I note there are only Silver Bird taxi service within the hotel compound. To get a normal Bluebird taxi one has to wait for the concierge to call which take sometime or wait for a Bluebird taxi to drop off passengers at the hotel. Perhaps the hotel can consider to allow Bluebird taxis to wait and queque in front of the hotel like the Siver Bird taxis so the hotel guests have a choice as to what type taxis to take.
