Nikko Hotel Narita Airport

This is a great transit hotel and the hotel staffs are very helpful. Th price is also right.

Very good value for money 2 months after the earthquake but it is far from cosy and the 2 main restaurants on the top floor as well as the bar were completely closed. I checked some hotels around and they also had only coffeeshops open and coffeeshops in Japan often feel like company-canteens. Ended up having dinner at the airport...

This place is ideal for a 1 night or so layover in Narita. It is not a hotel for those interested in traveling around Tokyo. It is right next to the airport, you can see the planes landing, etc. It's quiet though and comfortably. The rooms are typical for Japan, not too large, but comfortable, with kit-bathrooms. The are helpful. The free shuttle bus from Terminals 1 and 2 was really nice and they run every 20 minutes or so during peak hours, and every 30 mins to an hour at other times. You catch the bus right outside from the airport- ask information and they'll direct you where to go. Free, good internet.

Very convenient for a one night stay before/after flight. Good English spoken by everyone, and the free shuttle bus to the airport was well run. We experienced two minor tremors during our stay which wobbled our room on the 10th floor. Apart from that the standard double room was fine and bathroom functional. Evening meal was good but expensive, however a glass of New Zealand Cloudy Bay in the roof top lounge was good value.

A good option if you have an overnight at Narita Airport. The rooms were good sized, breakfast was great.

No problems, staff were all very friendly and easy to converse with in English. Great location.

Very convenient and close to Narita Airport. Free shuttle service to and from the airport. Room was large and quite comfortable. A few restaurants to choose from in the hotel and even a Lawson 24hr store. The restaurants were expensive, so we ate at the buffet style one - which was just ok..nothing too flash..buffet breakfast was cheap but wasnt very nice or the range not too great. But for the one night that we were there, it was fine.

Very central to Narita Airport and with a courtesy vehicle that will take you to and from the airport I will recommend it

Facilities, service, location, cleanliness and room size were all excellent. Staff were very friendly. Restaurant food was excellent but way overpriced. As there's really nowhere else close by, make sure you're prepared for the extra food/beverage expenses. Nevertheless, we chose to stay there due to convenience of next day early flight departure. Free airport shuttle bus was very convenient.

Easy access from airport by free courtesy bus. Double room in old wing good size. No free coffee. Everything else ok but average. Reception was efficent initially but slow when we discovered our room was already occupied! They seemed more worried by what had happened than about us! Overall ok but I believe there is better value close by from previous experience.

The hotel was well serviced by buses to and from the airport and Narita city. The room was small but adequate not as good as I had expected . The reception and lobby staff were excellent and could not do enough for us. The "Serena" restaurant was very disappointing and very very expensive as was the "Sky Lounge" $A90 for four beers and one Toasted sandwich so Australians, beware !!! The buffet dinner served at the "Serena" was appalling, the western hot dishes were cold and very poor quality, and there was a lot of waste as we could not eat what was on offer all this for $A117 for two, and breakfast next day two pieces of toast, a glass of juice and coffee $37 for two !!

Excellent service, welcome, airport pick up excellent, highly recommend.

I have stayed at this hotel 8 times now & this time I found the charges other than the room were outrageous. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Good location for the airport but not really fot Tokyo City Reception customer skills could do with some improvement

Very convenient to airport. Not much else in the surrounding area but the hotel does provide a bus service to Narita City (1/2 hr journey) and a Shopping Centre. I would choose this Hotel should I need to stay overnight in Tokyo again.
