"The Hotel accomodations were first class. Everything was perfect and the staff upgraded my room to include more ammenities wihout me asking and no additional costs. The staff was very patient with my basic speaking of Japanese and they provided staff that spoke excellent English. Overall, an excellent experience." - John Davies
"Location was very convenient as I was set for an early travel the next day. It was connected to the airport so i was able to take my time. Plus, the airport carts were already available in the hotel so you'll have no problem carrying your luggages. Their buffet breakfast was good but there was not that much variety. Dinners are more expensive than lunches, which is very common in Japanese restos. The rooms were very spacious and clean so your luggage will have enough room. Should I have another early flight, I would book here again. I just wish though, that they would have more promo plans as rooms are quite expensive." - Christina Esperon
