Getting there:Port Douglas is 60 kilometres north of Cairns along the Captain Cook Highway, one hour from the Cairns international airport. Take the Captain Cook Highway from the airport. Turn right off the Captain Cook Highway into Port Douglas Road. Turn right into Old Port Road, and then right into Nautilus Street, Nimrod Resort Apartments are on the left hand side. We can arrange airport transfers; please contact us direct to arrange a booking and costs.

If you are looking for cheap accommodation in Port Douglas the Nimrod apartments represent fantastic value. It's only a short bus trip into town, nice pool, and very good apartments.

We stayed at the Nimrod Apartments for 5 days. The new managers, Lorraine and Brian were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and spacious and the pool was great. We will definitely go there again!
