Getting there:If coming from Melbourne take the City Centre/Mercer Street exit. Go through the first roundabout and Clare Street is the first turn left beside the Carlton Hotel.
Check-in Procedure:2pm check in. Please contact reception after booking or at the latest on day of travel to confirm arrival time as reception closes at 5pm. Arrivals after 5pm can be organised. NO CANCELLATIONS ALLOWED.
Car parking:Off site secure parking is available at $10 per night. Plenty of street parking is available close by.

The apartment was adequate for our 2 night stay. It was very central to all the city tourist spots and restaurants. My only criticism is the thinness of the wall between our room and the next as we unfortunately had night shift workers next door who came in at 4am and talked till 7am.
We stayed in a two bed apartment at Nireeda, the place was large - big enough for 6 of us easily. The location was great too. I'd recommend them highly for a good value place to stay - plenty of stairs so not good for the very small, but our three year old loved it.

Nice roomy apartment, all facilities good. No doorbell for late check in. Stairs on entry not disabled friendly. Parking extra cost unless parked on street (which was time limited).
Check in only open til 5 though reception contacted me after 5pm to see where I was and waited for me which I appreciated. Nice refubishment and very big and relaxing rooms. Bit noisy outside due to nightclub proximity but central location overcomes that problem I think. Good unusual place.
very cute apartment. lots of stairs in 3 bed apartment so not suited to very young children or elderly.
The Nireeda apartments were excellent. Very roomy and well maintained and right in the heart of the city and night spots. I would recommend these apartments to any one.
Refurbished 3 years ago as can be seen in the rooms. Great location, right in the centre of town. No fuss service. Would stay in the same again.
I would stay there again and recommend to others. Reception closed at 6pm, which posed a problem due to my late arrival, but the staff were very accommodating and actually let someone else pick the key up for me. Not sure what would've happened if I didn't have someone local to do that for me. Facilities and cleanliness were excellent!
