"The pools here are awesome, but that's about the only thing. Customer service was horrible, when having our clothes laundered, the price charged was higher than what we were told when we dropped it off; at the gift shop they also tried to charge higher than the price tag (a $4 item for $10); at the food court a soda costs $2.50 and when my husband asked for the entire can he was told he could only get a small cup of it, and the staff was generally unhelpful. We also rented a tandem bike which broke after riding for 10 minutes, we then walked it back (which took 20 minutes), we asked for our money back and we were told no, since we had it for 30 minutes. "Everything's fine there & it's value for $... Might not have much facilities in the resort itself & it was raining straight for more than 24hrs since the 2nd night we were there but there are lots of things to b done @ Nirwana Gardens itself... Just hope & pray you got some quiet neighbours, not like ours... Hehe..." - Anonymous
