"The place is nicely situated and is very close to Termini Station. The reception staff were friendly and helpful but the rooms were basic. The pillows were flat and no replacements provided, no spare blanket, no English channels on the TV. It was a pretty good price though, and location is everything. Also the shower was broken, and the breakfast consisted largely of thinned out yoghurt and stale croissants.
Largely though it's what you would expect of a decently priced hotel in the middle of Rome ;)" - Lesley Halm
"Nizza was ok for 1 night, but only just. It was meant to be 3 star, my husband says it was really just a 'spark'. Close to where we left for our tour, close to Roma Termini...........that was good. The bathroom was dreadful, no shower curtain and the water runs out to the carpet in the room! The bottom of the bathroom door was so swollen with water that difficult to shut and there was lots of mould in the bath/shower grout. The beds were clean and we were exhausted so we slept well, but I wouldnt stay there again" - Anonymous
"the rooms are clean but the others space are not so good... near Termini station:good position" - Anonymous
"This hotel is best value for money that I have ever got. The location was a a three minute walk from TerminI main entrance.
Although the hotel is quite old (to a certain extent) the rooms have character and are very clean. The beds are comfy and the room is really spacious. The old sytle decor around the room, has a great sense of rome about it (only way I can think to describe it).
There is a small bar downstairs, didnt have the brekkie, so cant comment on that.
Overall, I'd stay here again. " - Jennifer McGuinness
