"We stayed overnight in 2 rooms and would recommend this hotel, the staff were excellent and the location was handy to all attractions. We had a problem with one of the rooms but was immediately transferred to another one. Staff very helpful with dining suggestions and organising transfer to airport. We would definitely stay there again." - Peter Tate
"Decaying elegance. The paint is still peeling in the bathrooms. Staff exceptionally friendly and very helpful. Hot dish for breakfast unchanged, boring after 3 days. Free WiFi available in 2 locations but not in bedrooms. If location is important for sight seeing this is the place to stay" - Michael Slazenger
"Great location. Less than five minutes walk to the Louvre in one direction and the Opera house in another. Althoutgh it's near 2 metro stations, we walked everywhere. Quiet despite the central location. The room was large, very unusual for Paris. The room decor is decades outdated - the furniture rather battered - and badly needs a refit. However, it is clean and tidy. The star rating is probaby misleading. On balance, it's probably okay for the price we paid since Paris is debilitatingly expensive. " - Anonymous
"Location is ideal for sightseeing - close to everything and easy to get to from CDG airport by metro. Would stay here again and recommend for the budget traveller" - Anonymous
