Thanks to our conference and event facilities something is always going on at Hotel Norrtull, be it art, fashion or business. The Arthurs Restaurant & Bar offers a wide selection of beverages and an exciting la carte menu. Airport Bus stops just out side this hotel. Allowing easy access to Arlanda Airport. There was a #65 Bus which takes you to downtown (one way) for 30 SEK tickets we got from our hotel. Breakfast was fantastic and starts at 6:30 am. Hotel is also well known to taxis and allowed me to get back late at night. Lots of nice people in Stockholm. Private internet access for my laptop was only available in the lobby area.
I don't know whether it was because I was there for more than a couple of days, or if it is hotel policy of which I was unaware, but my room was not cleaned every day. It was still cleaned every other day, so that's absolutely fine with me; I was just surprised. Everything else about the hotel was great: location, room size, amenities, breakfast, and front desk service. I am staying somewhere else now, and I would go back to the Norrtull in a heartbeat!

Work in rennovating the hotel was in full swing, on the reception floor which involved eating breakfast by candle light , which was rather a novelty! Breakfast was ample, rooms were good size with comfortable beds, but there was no wardrobe or anywhere indeed to unpack one's clothes, so short stay only , to be comfortable! hotel is in the north of the city, convemient for the airport bus which stops right outside, with some great restaurants around, and the nearest underground stop about 400m from the hotel. Also used as a hostel, so there are some very strange dormitories on the 4th floor! Only English speaking chanel on the TV is BBC world news, so don't expect to be able to relax and watch a movie after a day of non-stop sight-seeing. Piano bar entertainment in the evening, so not a bad base to explore Stockholm from as long as one doesn't take too many clothes.
Nice Hotel in pretty good position: few metro station from the cenre, or 30 min walk to the old town.
Room fittings very minimal, hotel not yet finished but has potential, we liked the location, good choice of retaurants, cafes etc and transport to city via bus or metro very good. Free wireless available on ground floor.
You need internet access in the rooms to make your hotel attractive to business customers.
Our family of four stayed here for 2 nights B&B for less than 200GBP total - not bad for a city. Friendly staff, good breakfast buffet. Room was clean, spacious, but no kettle or haidryer, so had to purchase hot drinks from reception. Hotel still being finished off in places - garage not open yet but street parking free at weekends.
Large rooms, close enough to the center. Good sized rooms without wardrobe (!), bath without storage space. Dark breakfast area, quality of food and drinks average to good. No bar or restaurant in the hotel.
