Getting there:Located at the eastern end of Brisbane Street opposite the City Park. Coming from the South or airport, follow Bathurst St to Cimitiere St vear right after Brisbane St , right turn at Tamar Street, Left turn to Brisbane St, approx we are approx 100m on your right.

Super location, don't let facade put you off, rooms are spacious and well appointed.
The woman who gave us the key was very pleasant and helpful with tourist attraction suggestions. Room had been recently renovated and was very nice. I was told when I booked that we would have a queen bed and a double, but there were double single bunks instead of the double bed which was disappointing.
Fully Refurbished (Oct 06) studio apartment. Room has full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Queen sized bed and private bathroom with full sized bath. Free off street parking at door. Warm and quiet rooms. Excellent for the business/ corporate traveller. (Extra person is accommodated on a pull out sofa double sized bed).
Fully Refurbished (Jul 2007) One bedroom self contained apartment, with some over looking city park. One bedroom, seperate lounge area, full kitchen and bathroom with full sized bath. Room has queen size bed in bedroom (some have bunks in lounge area).
Fully refurbished (Jul 2007). Two bedroom self contained apartment with balcony over looking city park. Two large bedrooms, full kitchen and bathroom with a full sized bath. Bedding configuration 2 x king split beds. Configuration can be either a king size bed or 2 x singles in each bedroom.
Excellent self contained apartment. Has obviously been refurbished recently-stylish and very comfortable. The apartment block from the outside looks dated but do not be detered. Excellent value, would definatley recommend. The guy at reception was also very friendly and gave some excellent advice.
The room was very spacious, tastefully decorated and very clean. All the facilities were excellent. The only things extra I would have liked was a long mirror. Overall rating excellent.
Appearances can be deceiving! It doesn't look like much on the outside but the newly renovated interior and kitchenette was great. It's on a hill so you'll definitely stay fit if you have accommodation at the top of the hill (thank goodness there were steps/stairs to ease the steepness).
Great clean fresh smelling appartment with plenty of room for the kids. Convenient being across from park and only walking distance (2 blocks - easy walking) to the city centre. Highly recommended and would certainly stay again. Only down side - it was a bit noisy with road noise, but would still stay again.
Spacious, good value for money. On a fairly steep slope, which could be a problem for people with limited mobility - but close to the city centre.
the apartment was big, abit old thou but it's fine. Free parking (right next to apartment). Value for $$.
Older style accommodation. Spacious unit with nice outlook over the park. This accommodation is clean and comfortable but certainly not luxurious. It is a basic unit but does not have the cosy special feel that many other apartments, hotels and cottages have in Tasmania.
Reception stayed open after closing hours as they were expecting us, really appreciated that. Gave us a nice room with a great view of park and city. Very basic accomodation but clean and friendly. Room set up with baby cot when we arrived. Spacious apartment.
Friendly & infomative staff. Building not new, but very clean and comfortable. Lovely location opposite park, and close to town.
