North Melbourne Serviced Apartments

Friendly and accomodating staff, neat and clean appartment. We needed access to the children's hospital but it was equally great for the city via tram and next time the Vic market.

upon arrival the front of the building did not look fantastic nor did the entrance up to reception. (the carpet was worn) but when we entered our room we were pleasantly surprised to see that the room was very clean and well fitted out. the staff were helpful. there was a tram stop right outside the apartments straight into the city, there were good places to eat only a 5 min walk away. and for the price they charge overall very good. would book again next time in melbourne.

Newly refurbished. We rented a car so location was not a problem. A bit noisy with kids from next building playing. Overall good value for money.

Spacious,clean and well appointed flat also well located.

These apartments are very spacious and have most things you need to prepare light meals. The bathroom is a little dated and the water pressure in the shower was poor but the bed was comfortable and the heating adequate. It is very well situated and within a minutes walk of public transport.

A nice comfortable place to stay when you need to be near the Royal Childrens or Royal Melbourne hospitals.

Gail the receptionist was very helpful. Although the decor is in need of updating the room was very clean. Good location for Melbourne Uni and the Women's Hospital there is a tram stop at the door (Route 19 Airport West).

If you want a self contained appartment rather than a hotel room, this is definitely a good value option. Staff were very friendly on arrival, very discrete thereafter. I would stay again if I needed to be in the location.

We were very impressed with the friendly, helpful and efficient service at this hotel. Everything was excellent - as overseas visitors we were made very welcome, and loved the apartment and its facilities.

Everything we needed. Be could have been bigger, other than that everything was great and we were looked after really well checking in at 1am. Would recommend it.

Location is exceptionally convenient if visiting Royal Childrens, Womens & Melbourne Hospitals. Kitchen and its appliances, utensils, crockery & cutlery were clean and functional.

Handy location close to transport and city. The manager was helpful and offering great assistance.

Great, central apartment. Perfect for our small family - close to the zoo and Lygon Street. Great price considering the season. Sofa bed a bit uncomfortable but didn't really matter as we were on a well earned holiday! Thanks very much!

Excellent staff + excellent services provided. Heating system installed was the best. Close to Flemington Road, easy to access Airport and down town city. No lift available, have to walk up & down this 3 story building, not too convenient to aged visitors. A suspicious phone charge AUD7.95 to our room, manager was so helpful that he waived this charge.

This is excellent accommodation with a homely atmosphere and excellent service. I highly recomend it.

We thought that the hotel was one of the cleaniest that we have stayed in. (we have stayed in many hotels in Australia and worldwide)The service was fantastic and we will stay there whenever we are in Melbourne.

Great value for money. Very Very Close proximity to Royal Childrens Hospital. Great for visits to Melb CBD, zoo, Quenn Vic Market. Staff are very friendly and will help out wherever/whenever they can. Clean & tidy, what more do you need.
