"Elaine and I were delighted to stay at this resort which has first class facilities. On arrival we were told we were being upgraded from deluxe to the best accommodation. Our rooms were serviced each day without fail and the staff were most polite and courteous. Some minor problems in the bathroom were remedied promptly. We intend to visit Koh Samui again before long and will want to stay at Nova Resort. This is the best recommendation we can give." - Bob Cooper
"The hotel is located at Chaweng Lake.The hotel offers a free transfer to the beach every 30 min from 9 am to 5 pm and to the main road from 9 am till midnight.
Its about 15 min walk to the beach and 10 min to main road.
It has 2 restaurants and an internet shop across the street.
The staff at the hotel is very friendly,the rooms are well equipped and clean.
I have booked the cheapest room.They are located in the main building facing the street.It is a bit noisy during daytime but quiet at night.The other rooms are in different buildings facing the garden.
They have a good,clean pool.you can have an massage at the pool,Thai 300 baht,foot 300 baht.
