"The Novotel Bali Nusa Dua is a lovely resort and the staff are outstanding; everyone from the front desk team to the food and beverage staff and lifeguard are so friendly and welcoming.
Would highly recommend for young families as the children are well taken care of with an exceptional kids club with plenty of toys as well as organised activities such as Balinese dancing, origami and nature walks. "The hotel is near the beach, has a huge swimming pool. We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom suite, which was great. Really appreciate it. It will be much better if there is free wifi inside the room. The suite is clean and spacious. The staffs are friendly and the hotel is a short distance to many tourist attractions.
