Novotel Bangkok On Siam Square

Hotel going thru upgrading now, expect some noise in the day and fresh smell of newly renovated air. Not too much to worry as you be out in the day! :) Stayed in newly renovated room, definitely a BIG PLUS from previous stay! Location is very good as hotel is located in the central of all shopping malls around siam square. Definitely worth the money and stay for those looking at shopping holidays.

Paid a little extra for the premier room and received personal service and a bunch of extras...well worth it. Excellent location with shopping and BTS close by. Will definately stay there again.

Location of the hotel is excellent if you want to do shopping, its basically a 5minute walk to the major malls which all connect to one another. Markets with hawker food is just a short walk as are all the little stalls & boutiques hidden between & behind other stores. Staff seemed friendly enough although service was generally quite slow, they need more people at the desk. Room size was average, at best. I've stayed at 'lesser rated' hotels with larger rooms than this. Wifi was alright, they gave us two codes (2 people) yet only one of them worked. One issue i had was when we checked in, they had to charge my card a second time as it didnt go through (although my card was charged & i had a receipt). Anyway i spoke with HotelClub and am currently in the process of getting it refunded. Overall i was satisfied with the stay here, but perhaps not '4 star' satisfied.

Good hotel, very close to the shopping district.

Rooms are fairly sized and beds are new. Flat screen TV. Staff are helpful and serve willingly. Buffet dinner from The Square is good but be prepared to pay international prices. A few small cockroaches spotted at the dessert section. Generally, what you will expect from a 4 star hotel, delivered.

Hotel is well located in the shopping area.

service at reception was quite bad. i booked for the double room but end up with 2 single beds but i managed to change it after talking to the reception. receptionist kept on talking to another colleague even thou i was standing in front of her for more than 2mins after the customer in front left. the hotel reception did not inform me abt the 500baht per night cash back which i learnt it from my friend.

Average the service is ok for the price. But Breakfast not included, too bad.

Staff not good at speaking or understanding English, expecially in the Restaurant for breakfast. Was advised everything would be operational when we arrived, but it wasnt. Lot of facilities were not availble. Location great for shopping, but overall not happy with hotel for the price we paid and wouldn't stay there again

Excellent hotel! The location cannot be better. Excellent service, very polite staff. Great rate. Great room, very clean and tidy. All amenities are available. I would love to stay there again! Highly recommended!

Location is good. Polite and courtesy, clean and comfortable. tooth brush and paste will be provided only upon request. lack of signage of where to check in and where to check out at the reception desk. Complimentary drink is recommended if room is not available when check in so that guest need not to wander around buying time. Construstion noise was invading during day time

Already made up our minds to stay in Novotel Siam Square whenever we are in Bangkok. No complains. Good location, wide spread of breakfast. Room comfortable everything good.

We enjoyed a great stay at the Novotel Hotel Bangkok On Siam Square. We couldn't get over how friendly and courteous every member of staff was. It created quite an impression. We certainly shall stay in this hotel again.

Incredibly gracious and friendly staff. Great position close to buses, sky train, shops. Lovely pool area. Rooms (particularly carpet in our room) looking a little tired but maintenance is difficult in Asia due to the heat, humidity etc. Excellent buffet breakfast. We got a great price on [website] so have no complaints. Will definitely stay again. Outstanding staff.

A very nice & cosy hotel. Room is very clean and well equipped. People is very nice & friendly. So as the food served in the Square. The only issue will be the heavy traffic all the time around siam square area. Need some patience to get in to the hotel via taxi or tuk tuk. Will certainly return to this hotel on my next trip.

When we travelled to Bangkok, we will definitely choose to stay with Novotel Hotel Bangkok On Siam Square, the location is great and is accessible to everywhere. We have also recommend this hotel to our friends and relatives. This hotel is just EXCELLENT!!! :)
