The entrance to the hotel car park is from Astor Terrace (turn into Cousins Lane and then left at the bottom of Cousins Lane). Located 16 kilometres from the International and Domestic Airports. Approximately a $30.00 taxi ride or $12.50 by the Airtrain (hotel is 200m Central Train Station).

Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff, and best location! Right next to Central Station and very close to everything - just a couple of minutes walk from the Queen Street Mall and Eagle St. Pier. Perfect spot if taking the train from the Airport. Highly recommended.

The Novotel Brisbane was great!! The staff were very friendly & happy to do anything to make your stay perfect. Location is only about a 10 minute walk to Queen Street, all down hill, just remember that it's all up hill on the way back!! Buffet breakfast was yum, plenty of variety & healthy options too. The gym is basic but has some good size dumbbells & an incline bench for a quick workout. My husband & I would stay at Novotel again, awesome hotel!!
Typical chain experinece. Everything done to maximise revenue per guest. Looks cheap, staff friendly in a semi-sincere way because they're trained to be way. Breakfast looks great, but under-delivers. I-pod dock on clock radion was handy and sounded good. Really hard to find hotel as the overpasses and road names are all over the place.
We were very happy with our stay at the city Novotel and would definitely recommend it. Easy access to most venues in the city, staff very helpful, good amenities.

I really liked my stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and it was close to the downtown area and train station. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was that it had a pool and gym and the televisions were at eye level and not hung on the wall.
The room was lovely and extremely comfortable. We were more than happy with the location and parking is very good. The hotel facilities are all top notch. Would happily stay here again.
Proximity to city centre and Central Station is excellent. Facilities are all that you would want/expect from a business hotel. Beds were comfortable and the room was a very good size, clean, modern and very good value for money. Would definately recommend this hotel for a short stay close to the city. I'm only deducting points for service due to the pre-authorisation they incorrectly placed against my card still sitting there 4 days after I completed my stay.
Very neat, clean and tidy but furnishings (and facilities) are in need of a revamp.
Novotel is well located, close to central station, close to some good eateries during working hours Mon to Fri. There is a Woolworths just a short stroll away. Parking costs are on top of your booking, so you need to be aware of this. Rooms are nice and clean and staff are very friendly.
Very good value hotel, we had a breakfast deal which was of extremely good quality and value.I stay in many hotels and have had many hotel breakfasts but his was far superior.
The presentation of brreakfast was excellent but the cooked breakfast was poor. The variety was basic, the bacon was steamed with dried out edges, there was no poached eggs, the whole cooked beakfast was very disappointing. Every thing else was excellent.

Great room if myself and my partner wanted to sleep in seperate beds. Had a little trouble with getting the room right, wrong bed, no balcony...... but they did throw a bottle of cheap red NZ wine thrown in was suppose to make it better. Service apart from that was fantastic, polite and courteous, facilities clean and the food in the resturant was the highlight. Ashame they didnt open for lunch...Great stay though.

Good location to downtown Brisbane, very near Central Station. Good walking areas nearby. I arrived in Brisbane from New Zealand early in the morning. The staff were friendly and accomodating to my request for storage of my luggage prior to my room being ready, which they did earlier than usual, then phoned me when it was available. The conference facilities were also very good for our small group event.
Great location right next to the office I was visiting, friendly staff good size room quiet and comfortable, nice breakfast good coffee.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice room with king size bed and extra seating. Close to railway station but a bit confusing how to get there. Close to shops. Enjoyed our stay.
