Novotel Centara Hat Yai

For the room rate it charged, the hotel should provided the customers with free wi-fi access at least at the main lobby area. The air-conditioning in the room was too cold, its temperature controller didn't work, even we switched off during the night, we still can feel the cold temperature.

The location is the near to the shopping Centre and Kimyong Market. It's value for money to stay in this Hotel. However, they are room for improvement if they can increase the water pressure in the bath room and provide serving/top-up the coffee and tea during breakfast. Overall my family members are HAPPY to stay in this Hotel. We'll be back for next visit. Keep it up ! LHY(SG)

overall was ok stay as the hotel still had a little bit of a funky smell left over from the floods... they should have changed all the carpets. otherwise was ok.

Overall, my experience at the Novotel Centara was a very good one. The staff made the difference. The staff at the Novotel were extremely helpful, friendly, and accomodating. Based on a one-night stay in a Deluxe room, I would rate the hotel itself as average to slightly above average, nothing special to write home about. It shows its age in a few minor ways, but was clean, functional, quiet, and probably safer than most (requiring entry through the lobby on the sixth floor, plenty of visible and accessible security staff). The location can't be beat in the Hadyai area, being right in the middle of the shopping district. I wasn't impressed with the breakfast, but I seldom am in such situations. When returning to Hadyai, I would be likely to stay at the Centara again.

the hotel is quite nice considering the selection of hotels in Hat Yai. The only complaints we would have to do with the bar/lounge where we tried to have a nice drink before dinner. First they staff insisted on playing some loud music, then set up a video screen with rock videos. Finally, another customer came and started to smoke, totally ignoring the "no Smoking" sign. In the end, we had to abandon the lounge and move to the dining room to finish our bottle of wine. The dinner was also a bit lacking, despite its advertizement. The food did not really live up to expectations as both the beef and fish dishes were not well prepared. Nothwithstanding, the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Very, very good. The staff are very polite and sincere in making our stay a memorable one. Could be better if they are given more training to converse in English. Would definitely come back again to the hotel. Keep up with the good service

Great hotel altough I had a little trouble locating it in start as its lobby was on the 6th floor of a shopping centre - Central. If you are having trouble with taxi not knowing where Novetel is tell them Lee Garderns and its just across the street. The stay was great and staff very helpful and friendly. I even accidently left my credit card at the front office after checking out and they called me on my overseas handphone to inform me to pick it up. All in all had a great stay and at a great price (thanks to [your website] around 40% lower then the next avaliable rate on the internet! THANKS AGAIN!

Reception was fantastic, room service prompt but with the wrong order, i was in a delux room on the club floor and was not impressed with the room, it was very tired, water leaking out the basin taps, splashes of new paint on the corners of the room, it just needed upgrading, not worth paying extra for the deluxe room

Good hotel in the heart of Had Yai. Friendly staff. Facilities are not the best but the swimming pool although a bit small is good. Breakfast is good with also Malaysian food.

Location is at town center, just next to Central Shopping Center. Lots of eat stalls around.

Overall a good hotel, friendly staff, very well located for markets and shopping area. The japanese bufet on fridays and saturdays is very good value for money.

Me and my family were warmly greeted by Novotel's staff in the lobby. They served us a glass of drink (red syrop). They were very friendly and professional. I love staying there and will definitely come back next time.
