Have stayed here twice now. Nice rooms and the beds and bathrooms are really nice. Cityflyer bus A11 stops very near to hotel. For a quick tourist stopover, the location is not great as there's little within walking distance other than home renovation supplies and girly bars. Food and other services are OK but seem a bit overpriced. Pricing for all food and beverages on menus and posters within the hotel is deceptive as they add a further 10% service charge on everything.
Great hotel, fair size rooms..
nice hotel with good facilities and friendly staff
A very nice hotel in a good location. All the facilities are OK.
The hotel is in many ways great, service meals and location to everything but the rooms are very small.
Very nice hotel in an excellent location. The room was larger than we'd been lead to believe was the norm for central Hong Kong island and the breakfast choice was excellent. Highly recommended.
Counter (receptionist) service needs improvement... very inexperience! Other than that, everything is good.
had a very enjoyable time there with friends. restaurant was very nice, and nice view of the harbour from executive level and gym
The hotel is between Causeway bay and Admiralty, so convenient for shopping. Transporation on the local tram was goog and convenient. There was also a ferry closeby to take us to Kowloon and the Tsimashtsui Peninsular Hotel room we were alocated was good - the roomwas on the executive floor. We had a very good view of the harbour (although between two buildings on the left and right). Service in the Club was therefore very good and convenient.
I was very satisfied with this hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. The location is excellent.
This hotel seems to have a prejudice about giving single people a double bed. This was the third time I have booked a double room only to arrive and be given a single bed! Finally I was upgraded after complaining to the Front desk supervisor, but the preivous two times this didnt happen, so don't count on it. Don't book this hotel if you are single and want a double bed.
The Hotel Location I found to be very handy with transport right next door so to speak. Rooms were a decent size even though don't expect any spectacular view from the hotel rooms. They advertised that they have Wireless Internet in the rooms but they did not say that you had to pay for the service. I went to the caffe (zambra) diagonally accross the road from the hotel and had a nice coffee and fast wireless internet.
not clear when boooking that room was on a smoking floor. executive floor breakfast same two days running.
The facilities were clean and comfortable and the location was excellent (hint: If you want to visit Kowloon, the Star Ferry is closer, cheaper and faster than trains. It is even faster than taking a taxi. Very nice location!). What is perplexing is that, while Internet access is available, it is a hassle. You must buy 'access cards' from the Business Center to log into the wireless network. Much less expensive hotels include Internet access in the fee for the room. Consider me 'ahead of my time' but I don't expect to have to contract seperately for the electricity or the water that I use at a hotel, and I expect Internet connectivity to be the same. The staff were very friendly and helpful during my stay. On my first jet-lagged night there, however, the Business Reception desk woke me late at night to complete paperwork that they neglected to ask me to complete when I signed in. This was rude in the extreme. Nice hotel, but don't bother paying for the premium service and rooms.
this is a renovated hotel. location is in wan chai. is a very convenience for buses, tram and MRT. only thing is the room quite small.
We stayed for a few days and found the business centre and service was excellent. The people on reception and other concierge services were very good and very kind and helpful.
A standard mid range hotel, with the normal range of facilities. I had an executive room which provided access to the Executive Lounge and breakfast. Centrally located in Wanchai within walking distance of the Wanchai MTR. Rooms on the higher floors are preferable in terms of outlook.
The room was sufficiently large enough for two people. I would definitely stay there again. The staff was friendly, efficient and the food in the hotel was excellent.
