"When I booked the room, I requested a double room as I was staying there with my fiance, we ended up with a twin room as there were no double rooms available. I would have appreciated being made aware of this before we arrived at the hotel, as we would have had a chance to book somewhere else, where we could have stayed in a double room.
Other than that I was quite happy.
