Novotel Coffs Harbour Pacific Bay Resort

Have stayed here a few times and always very good. Decor is starting to get a little old now andf I think the prices are a little high as well

Great resort with good quality service! Unfortunately, the wireless internet service was not working, which was very inconvenient on an overnight business trip and not acceptable for the supposed quality of the resort. Food was good!

We have stayed at another Novotel Hotel several times, and loved it, so we were expecting the same kind of quality. A little disappointed then to see that the rooms have an older feel about them. The furniture needs to be updated, and while our bathroom was clean, it didn't feel new or very special at all. I think the hotel rooms could greatly benefit from being updated/refurbished in general. The resort is situated in amongst beautiful gardens, and is just slightly outside the CBD (you would have to drive to get there). Dinner was pretty good, though again, not up to the same standard as what we have found the [other hotel] to be. OK for a short stay, but I suspect there would be better options if you are looking for something special.

room had some problems but they were dealt with quickly when i notified the reception desk. staff were very friendly and enthusiastic to help.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Terraces apartments at the Novotel and would definitely stay again, although the price per night is considerably higher than other resorts in the area. Also, the carpet in our room was unfortunately, rather soiled and could do with a clean to improve the overall feel and appearance of the apartment.

A great location (though having a car is essential), the gardens and surrounds are superb, the staff friendly and although not new the rooms were spacious, well fitted out and very comfortable.

We only stayed here overnight but the room was spotless and had a lovely view. The swimming pool was great and we would stay here again.

We received a room in the Terrace complex which is situated quite a distance from the main complex/gym/pools etc. Apart from this, the resort was well worth our short stay.

The discount value of the room via the website was particularly good and provided us with confidence in gaining quality accommodation through our membership.

I was very impressed staying here. I have never been so relaxed after one nights stay in my life. Well done to the friendly staff.

We were happy with our accommodation and the service, if we have any complaint at all it would be that the golf course club house - store was not well sign posted but the gentleman in the store was very pleasant.

We had an enjoyable stay over 7 nights. There were few occupants in surrounding units which added to our peace and quiet overlooking the lagoon. We used the gym facilities and tennis courts. The staff were very helpful. We did mention a noisy refrigerator which was checked but unable to be fixed during our stay. As we had a price deal we were satisfied.

It was a great stay and we will recomended it to anyone who wants a relaxing weekend away. We are definitely going back again!

Your restaurant and food was well appointed. My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much all be it brief due to our onerous schedule for the rest of Aussie.
