"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Novotel Gardens Hotel Queenstown. We stayed in one of the garden rooms and had an excellent view from our balcony and thought the hotel was very well situated. "We were bumped from a "paid-in-advance" lake front room due to a large tour booking that took precedence. Hotel booking system error. We were not offered a similar room at another Hotel but had to accept an ordinary room. We complained and the Manager has apologised and offered a free night of our choosing.
