Only stayed one night, but would have loved to stay longer, clean rooms, wonderful service, and a fantasic breakfast, will stay again.
We really enjoyed out stay at the Novotel, the services was fantastic and the staff were very helpful and accomodating with requests that I had made. i will stay again when I need to be in that part of town. Great experience...

I quit like Novotel the facilities, especially two double beds, so two people all can sleep well when on holiday...
Child friendly and children up to 16years are free. Excellent value. The room was spotless. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient for us too.

For where the hotel is located and the facilities on offer, I feel it is a little bit overpriced.
Quite an expensive hotel. The room was pleasant but a little shabby. In room costs; ie breakfast and internet useage was extremely pricey. DO NOT ever USE INTERNET IN YOUR ROOM WITHOUT CHECKING THE COSTS FIRST. Parking at hotel is $10 per night. Location is quite good, with lots of shopping and a huge selection of restaurants within walking distance. Try Shira Nui Restaurant if you like excellent Japanese food; 2 mins walk from hotel.
Service rated low as slow to bring additional requirements asked for to room e.g cot. Also - took extensive time to answer phones at front desk.
Parking a little expensive.
We had a birthday party for our Granny in one of the function rooms. The host for the afternoon, (Jenny or Jane, I think), was exceptional and met all our requests with true professionalism.
Found it strange to have 2 double beds rather than a King & single.
Lovely room, nice and clean and modern. The service was friendly and prompt, the only thing lacking was a spa...however I would definately stay here again.
Was very happy with the staff and their friendliness and helpfulness. They were all very helpful in helping us find where our course was, providing us with a map and very clear directions.
Very convenient, right next to the train station to Melbourne (a 30 minute ride) without having to drive into the city for sightseeing. A huge shopping mall right next to the Hotel too. We've stayed there a few times and will continue to stay there on future visits to Melbourne.
