Novotel Hotel Nha Trang

Excellent hotel in a great location, we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful new hotel. Rooms are excellent as is the facilites. Right across from the beach.

Enjoyed my stay, great reception staff made to feel very welcome. Rooms wonderful but could do with a clock (iI forgot my watch). I feel pool hours extended beyond 7 pm would be welcomed by most guests. Great massage thanks Anne.

Hotel was excellent, would stay there again, booked a standard room which was very comfortable and had great views of the ocean and city. Couldnt fault this establishment.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Novotel from the 9th till the 14th of June 2010. We heard the hotel had very good rooms and even though we stayed in a standard room we were not dissapointed. We prefered the standard room as we had a fab view of the beach, vinpearl and also the hills and city. All amenities in the room was excellent and the sunken in shower was a real treat. Location was excellent. Only a few minutes walk to shopping, restaurants and local activities. The staff in the lobby area speak excellent english and can not do enough for you. If we went back to Nha Trang we would definately stay there again and would recommend to family and friends.

We went during Lunar New Year and had a fabulous view from our balcony of the fireworks. Beautiful! My only issue with this hotel is their extremely limited beach chairs. 99% of the time, you must pay for a chair from an outside vendor.

Generally the hotel is good but we had problem with the bathroom as flooded after only one minute shower. We called reception and technical people came to fix but not help. Then we reported the issue once again. Finally, they moved us to the other room.

Our timing was perfect for this hotel! On Lunar New Year's eve, the city put on an amazing firework show - directly in front of our hotel. The show was non-stop for about 1/2 hour. We viewed the show and all the crowd from the balcony of our hotel. Our Deluxe room was spectacular as the shower was separated by glass into the bedroom, which was separated by more glass overlooking the entire waterfront. Probably the best view we've ever had!

Spent 2 nights in November at Novotel. Must say the hotel is good value for money and the room is good value. Breakfast is also very good. Beach view from the room is magnificient and location is great. Thanks for the service, will stay again.

Excellent hotel right in the centre of everything. Brandnew, nice decor, good service. Spacious room shows great attention to details, large balcony with seaview. Highly recommended if the price is right ( I managed to book for 45USD a night without breakfast during their sale period)
