"Luxury hotel in beautiful, large garden. The hotel is not directly adjacent to the beach, but at a 10 minutes walking distance.
During our stay in November there was only a very limited area of the sea available for bathing due to risk for crocodiles and/or jelly fishes.
The hotel has several nice pools. The reception staff were not very friendly and not helpful.
The rooms are well equiped.
The restaurant serves a good breakfast and buffet or a la carte dinner, but the service is poor. " - Anonymous
"Whilst this resort was clearly not the youngest in Palm Cove the rooms appeared to be recently renovated and the facilities clear and tidy. It is about 5 minutes walk to the beach cafes and shops. We enjoyed great massages and facials during our stay which were much cheaper than the same services advertised by other spas in Palm Cove.

Situated on 100 acres of tropical gardens at beautiful Palm Cove in North Queensland, the Novotel Palm Cove Resort is equipped to take care of our guests every need, with a choice of resort rooms, suites or self contained apartment; an excellent restaurant and a cocktail bar overlooking the largest of the seven swimming pools.
With the Dolfi Club for Kids and day care for the tiny ones, 2 supergrass tennis courts, basketball and squash courts, a fitness centre, cyber-net centre, health and beauty parlour, and a 5 minute stroll to the beach, there is something for everyone.
Please note that Dolfi Kids Club & Baby Day Care need to be pre-booked (48 Hours prior to requested time/day) & are closed at weekends. There needs to be a minimum of 4 children on each session for these sessions to operate.
