Novotel Palm Cove Resort

Everything about the Resort and location was great, kids loved the pool especially the crocodile slide. Breakfast was included, there was plenty of it. The only negative was the poor design of the bathroom, the floor was flooded whenever we used the shower.

Awesome, awesome experience. Great location, 5 min walk to the beach. Great pool and slide for the kids. Great spacious rooms. Service and food were very good. If I had to say a negative, and there really isn't any, but maybe include a kids play area.

The kid's had a ball. We had a terrific stay despite the terrible weather. The pools were both in areas that were protected from the huge winds. It was a great deal including buffet breakfast . VERY affordable.

Great area, stunning views, good walk to the beach and the town strip. Would come back

Room was a little dated. Fridge was rusty and bathroom showing signs of mildew and mould. The beauty spa was good though, with a friendly masseur on hand! Our room was down the road a bit from the main pool area (which was nice)....but the pool at our block of rooms was very old looking and in need of an overhall.

the airconditioner was bearly working and the room had very bad musty smell. Otherwise had a wonderful stay, staff very friendly and pool/spa and breakfast was GREAT. Even though room was disapointing we will stay again

Facilities beautiful but when you pay for the budget end of their accommodation, standards drop. I was disappointed.

Found the Novotel Rockford Palm Cove Resort at Cairns a relaxing place to stay and would stay there again

I had a fantastic time during my stay utilising some of the facilities including the well equiped Gym and Sauna. The staff were helpful and provided great service! I went away for the weekend and just wanted to relax which I was able to do with ease!

Cleanliness of the rooms are below standard. The noise and dust from construction on the hotel property, next to our room do not help things either. The fact that there are major construction should be mentioned when rooms are advertised. It would have changed my decision.

Peta at reception was really nice. Made our stay all the more enjoyable with her pleasant manner. I wish service could be like that all the time. Thank you Peta.

Whilst this resort was clearly not the youngest in Palm Cove the rooms appeared to be recently renovated and the facilities clear and tidy. It is about 5 minutes walk to the beach cafes and shops. We enjoyed great massages and facials during our stay which were much cheaper than the same services advertised by other spas in Palm Cove. Overall it represented good value for money.

Customer Service was brilliant.

Friendly helpful staff. Needed trip to Great Barrier Reef arranged at short notice upon arrival. Concierge arranged between midnight and 6am for early departure.

In regards to service general customer service was great but food and beverage service was extremely poor.

Luxury hotel in beautiful, large garden. The hotel is not directly adjacent to the beach, but at a 10 minutes walking distance. During our stay in November there was only a very limited area of the sea available for bathing due to risk for crocodiles and/or jelly fishes. The hotel has several nice pools. The reception staff were not very friendly and not helpful. The rooms are well equiped. The restaurant serves a good breakfast and buffet or a la carte dinner, but the service is poor.
