We stayed Xmas Eve and enjoyed it immensely. Both the check-in and check-out receptionists were cheerful and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable and the location perfect for our needs. We will stay again.
Good hotel, close to most places. Friendly staff. Would probably use again if I wentq to Perth.

Fantastic staff customer relations manager upgraded us to a better room plus it was my wife birthday & she sent a free bottle of bubble for us how goods that, breakfast was great . Irish pub could do with a revamp its a bit scruffy
Stayed overnight for a wedding, room fantastic and clean, only disappointment was having to pay $25 per night to park the car. I think this should be factored into the price of the room.
Hotel is fine and good location in CBD. Parking is expensive at $25/day and spots are very narrow.
The Novotel is a good quality four star hotel which is right up to standard. Our room was of good size, with two double beds and mostly pleasantly quiet. An excellent smorgasbord breakfast was included with our booking. However there is always room for improvement. Our check-in was messy because all the booking details on our sheet were for somebody from Chicago, the button on one lift wouldn’t work for our secure floor, tea and milk weren’t replaced by housekeeping, and loud music from the Irish Pub three floors below could be heard late into the evening on two nights. We’d certainly stay there again and I’d like to think the guy from Chicago also found a room and enjoyed his stay.
my wife an i had 2 stays in this hotel one for 3days the other foe 2 days staff were willing and helpful with our request and our needs Micheal the door man was polite and always greeted us with a warm smile .
We stayed the night of our wedding at the hotel. The location was good and the room was spacious. The staff at reception were all very friendly & helpful. The included breakfast was ok.
Positive points about the Novotel Perth Hotel Langley: the central location; and although it had an extremely rowdy function going on downstairs when we checked in, we were given a room on the 9th floor to get away from the noise. Negative points about the Novotel Perth Hotel Langley: the incredibly expensive car parking for hotel guests - at $25 flat rate for 24 hours this is the most expensive hotel parking I have ever seen - we won't stay here again because of this; the chicken caesar salad from the room service menu was almost inedible, with very suspicious chicken; the tv in the room does an annoying thing where it keeps switching back to the Accor advertising channel, even if you're watching a program on another channel.
The Hotel was great, our room had a Double bed and a single bed when i requested 2 double beds. The first night i got no sleep as there were noisey people above and next door to us and i slept in the single bed which was too short as my hubby needs to sleep in a double due to injury. The beds were comfortable but abit hot. There service in the Reception was great as i requested another room the next morning and this was granted. The breaky was great as well.
great location - irish pub next door was fun with live music and lots of beers on tap. staff were very helpful and efficient
It was a nice clean room nothing exciting but i didnt expect anything else staff were friendly and helpful and we had a great night there
It was very comfortable and very accessible to the CBD. We enjoyed being able to walk from the Hotel into the city. The rooms we well set out with good facilities and very comfortable. It provided all we needed for our stay. The girl on the front desk, Sonia was very friendly, polite and helpful. Our room, 103, unfortunately did have a view, which was disappointing, as we selected the hotel due to its close proximity to the Swan River. It was also our first trip to Perth and I was hoping for a lovely view of the River. We thought the prices of meals were quite dear and chose to eat outside of the Hotel for this reason.
My only reservation is the relatively steep prices for breakfast and dinner - more than equivalent hotels in the eastern states.
Saturday night a function was on and there wasn't any carparks left and was instructed to double up and the car would be relocated during the night of which it wasn't and we did inform the porter we would require our car early. A lot of reversing skills needed to exit when areas normally free of parking was taken.. Only annoying part of staying at the Novotel Perth..
This hotel was very clean and comfortable the breakfast was also great
Overall it was ok, nothing spectacular. I would like to comment on the room service coffee I received at $4.80 which was like dish water, in a take away cup. Clearly not a proper coffee and came out of a vending machine.
You get what you paid for! excellent quality of hotel, mattress very nice.
This hotel is quite good but did not meet my anticipated expectations. No complaints but no bouquets either.
The rooms seem as if they require some maintenance and there was mold in the shower. Overall it is an ok hotel
