Novotel Suvarnabhumi Airport Bangkok

Good location - bus service from airport runs regularly and takes only 5 minutes. Would be better if they didn't charge for the internet.

A blocked toilet discovered at 11PM made for an unpleasant night. The rest of the place is superlative.

I arrived late at midnight and got upgraded to the executive floor. The room was very clean. Linen was fresh and smelled fantastic. Got a king bed and the bedding was very comfortable. Shuttle from the airport to and from the hotel was very prompt. Did not have any meal there because my flight left early the next morning but the menu looked great. Staff was very polite and there were many there despite the late night. The price was a little steep but it was worth it. I would stay there again and would recommend this hotel to any of my friends. As a woman traveling alone and arrived late at night, I felt very safe there.

Great location and pick up service, room is quiet and clean, like others drain in shower did not drain, breakfast buffet at 700 baht is highly overpriced like the room, the breakfast at thai airways lounge was the same but free! Spa on location has great service.

This makes travelling with a short stop over nice and easy. A great location, easy access from the terminal. A very comfortable hotel and plesant staff. Rooms are very plesant and comfortable.

It's about what you expect out of an airport hotel. The lobby is impressive. The rooms are adequate. We booked a non-smoking king bed room and were told they did not have one available upon check-in. They gave us the option of 2 single beds in a non-smoking room or a king sized bed in a smoking room. We were still on our honeymoon so opted for a king bed in a smoking room. We took one look at that room and were disgusted- it smelled much more horribly than we had expected and everything was stained. Luckily, after some persistence at the front desk and a 15 minute wait, we were given the non-smoking king sized bed room we had booked and paid for (though the woman at the counter rolled her eyes and seemed quite annoyed- we were MORE than polite about our request). The food and drinks are largely overpriced, but you have little choice in the matter as there is nothing nearby. We lucked out as the night we were there featured an all you can eat buffet with all you can drink wine for ~$40 USD/person. BOTTOM LINE: It's the best option if you need to be at the airport first thing in the morning. They have a free 24hr airport shuttle and are only few minutes drive away.

I have overnighted at this hotel twice in the past few months. It is clearly a very nice facility but on the first stay - no hot water, and on the second stay - the toilet blocked up and overflowed. So I'm not sure if adequate maintainance is being scheduled.

Very convenient when your flight leaves the next day. Friendly staff, easy checkin/checkout, and frequent van service back to BKK. We've stayed there six times and will continue to return. The spa is open late for help with jet lag.

We booked this hotel as we had a 12 hr layover at Bangkok, so did not want to travel far for a hotel. We thought we could walk to it but it was too far so we took the shuttle which comes every 5 mins or so . Once there, it was a great experience. Big, comfortable, clean room, cutting edge design, friendly staff. Great buffet breakfast included in price.The only drawback was the cost, which was 180 USD including tax. Very expenxive for Thailand. The conveinience was what sold us initially, but the cost was a hgher than all other hotels in the vicinity.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The ease of getting the shuttle bus, checking-in, 24hr room service, the spa and the pool all just fantastic. The bed is the best we have ever slept in. Would highly recommend to family and friends travelling Sydney to London. We are even considering staying for several nights before having a holiday in Phuket.

Expensive but good location, situated close to the airport (walking distance).

Please note on website that you must check in opposite GATE 4 and they will shuttle bus you to the hotel. ALl very convienient when we knew what we had to do . I was expexting to walk the 5 minutes as idicated on the website. Beautiful hotel.

A great solution for overnight stays allowing quick and effortless transfers to the airport in around 5-10 mins, via the underground walkway (linking the airport directly to the hotel) or the hotel shuttle bus. The underground walkway is conveniently connected to the train station and you can be in the city centre within 30 mins for under a dollar. Modern rooms, huge beds and minimal airport noise.

If you are transitting Bangkok, this is the perfect hotel. You can either choose to walk to the Hotel or take the Hotel's Van at Gate 4 of Arrival Hall. And you can go downtown Bangkok by taking the Train to Phaya Thai Station for only 45Baht. From there you can transit to the Sky Train to anywhere without traffic jam!!!!

As we stayed one night and left the hotel 5 am the next day to catch a flight, we just used for sleep only. As new train line can take you to city, there may be better options. As their services are average, one may wonder if it is worth it.

Perfect airport stopover. From the moment my alarm went off on the morning of my checkout, everything went so smoothly and i was checked in to my flight and on my way to the gate 15 mins later.. Impeccable service!

I am writing this on behalf of my daughter who stayed there for one night on a very short stopover. Although a little on the costly side the hotel was the best choice for her as she did not want to leave Bangkok Airport. The hotel was very modern and clean but for the price you pay it should definateley include breakfast. But then again - you pay for convenience....

A wonderful hotel with outstanding service. Only small ""complaint"would be very high internet charges - unnecessary in this modern day and age.

We only stayed one night at this Hotel at the airport however for a stopover in Bangkok to catch another flight it is just a great experience. The Hotel is definitely 5 star and the room was large and the bathroom was excellent. This is one of the nicest Hpotels I have stayed in and would definitely recommend it for the purpose of a one night stopover. The other thing now is that the new train runs from here to the City which is another bonus.
