Getting there:From city centre by Jetcat or ferry to Manly, walk down the Corso and turn left (approximately 700 metres from ferry terminal). From the airport take the Eastern Distributor, through the Harbour Tunnel and follow the signs to Manly (approximately 45 mintues, $50 by taxi).

very nice hotel excellent position right on the beach. The room was excellent we were on the top floor so had a view the lower floors on the rear however do not have such a good outlook. The air conditioning did not work very well and was very noisy. We were not told that the bar would be closed on Christmas night which was disappointing but apart from that we enjoyed our stay

Great location, good service, great food. Rooms are a little old and would benefit from some upgrading. Other than that, had a pleasant stay.

There was a slight mix-up on arrival, was given wrong room type, but staff were very helpful and fixed the problem right away. Overall it was a fantastic room with excellent service. Would definitely recommend to stay here!!
Loved the location and facilities.The cleanliness overall seemed ok until i went into our bathroom..mould on the tiles..shower didnt work properly either, hot or cold only. Mentioned this to staff on checking out so problem can be fixed.Overall enjoyed our stay would definately stay again due to its wonderful location!!
Not impressed that the room was not ready on arrival at 2.30pm. After that bad introduction, everything else was fine.
Heating was not working right so had to move rooms,water was not that hot either..but staff were very heplful especially the room service staff,kindly left clean towels , extra pillows etc when needed..all round staff tried there best for us...
Comfortable accomadation, great location, pleasent staff.
Thanks to the sound-proofing in the new-build rooms, this was the first time ever I have been able to get a decent night's sleep when staying in Manly! The parking service was impressive. The provision of storage space in both the bedroom and the bathroom was excellent. I found the different lifts somewhat confusing and the distance from the lift to the room was a bit of a marathon. Signage for location of rooms was confusing, but I was assured this would soon be rectified.
I did request a sea view and booked relatively early, but missed out.
Fantastic Location Service good Great place for stay & entertainment. Very safe & secure at night. Great views from pool area. Would go back again.

On booking in we were allocated a room with only one double bed, having paid for a room with two we informed reception. Within 20minutes they had upgraded us to a better room with no questions asked. Excellent facilities and although undergoing refurbishment there was no apparent disruption or discomfort to guests.
Was undergoing some renovation work so hard to give it a complete review. Our stay was comfortable but overall the hotel was about expected at the price range.
Fantastic location will stay again but valet parking only and a bit pricey.
