"My rating for service is only due to breakfast as I had no room service etc. I paid for full breakfast which was buffet style. The set up for the hot section was bad as everyone was waiting in line to make special orders and to select from the buffet something which made the line dreadfully slow as no one moved along. Then I had to wait for pancakes, glasses, mugs, all on separate occasions. You would think breakfast was finishing but it was still an hour away and other things were being brought out while breads etc. were being taken away. The hotel itself was great but restaurant needs some improvement. Oh and this was not even a weekend or school holidays so didn't seem overly busy. " - Julianne Evans
