It was a great stay. Enjoyed my stay immensely.
The location is great - with the monorail and restaurants in Darling Harbour at your door step. The hotel is very accessible but there is very limited parking available. There was a lovely view of the Harbour from our room.

Stayed 3 nites . Excellent service and accomodation, easy access to everything . Would highly recommend and would stay there again. Staff were extremely helpfull and the breakfast was great.
Staff friendly & helpful. Location great. Buffet breakfast great.
I got lost in Darling Harbour and climbed through car parks and stairs with 2 grand children to find the Novotel. Was greeted by the Bell section who cheered me up and made me laugh. Very efficient booking desk who greeted the kids. Very clean room and comfortable beds. There is something for everyone for breakfast hard to fault. Would definately recommend to anyone. Also had good bathroom products. Kids want to return Thankyou
The room was perfect. Perfect location. I felt very comfortable. 10 out of 10
roomservice food charges where a bit unnerving to say the least f.exs: 300gr steak was on a $40.00 price just to mention a price pasta and asst. salads depending up to 23% less this price and we had mcdonalds for breakfast thank you very much and saved $25.00 apart from that very nice bu t do bring your wallet as it is needed
Service and cleanliness were great, but the price we paid for 'executive view rooms' was a little ripped off considering the beds are only double in size and not queen as we expected.
Stayed for a night in exec harbour view room. For the price, we didnt have a queen bed and it wasnt very spacious at all. Was ok
Great hotel, location excellent right down the ramp to the Darling Hotel food hall. Will definately use it again. Perfect spot to base yourself to visit the theatre, the museums and all that Sydney has to offer.
Had to have someone come and re-clean the toilet when we arrived - not a good start! Parking rates are a little crazy considering the price you pay to stay there!
Great location - everything we wanted
A useful place to stay with good views, but cleanliness and room service left a bit to be desired.
Parking is a problem and expensive. You pay enough for the acconmodation.arking should be free.
My rating for service is only due to breakfast as I had no room service etc. I paid for full breakfast which was buffet style. The set up for the hot section was bad as everyone was waiting in line to make special orders and to select from the buffet something which made the line dreadfully slow as no one moved along. Then I had to wait for pancakes, glasses, mugs, all on separate occasions. You would think breakfast was finishing but it was still an hour away and other things were being brought out while breads etc. were being taken away. The hotel itself was great but restaurant needs some improvement. Oh and this was not even a weekend or school holidays so didn't seem overly busy.
Always great - staff lovely - breakfast fantastic - views stunning - clean and beautiful facilities - value for money
We arrived via Perth to Sydney (with Quantas) BUT our luggage stayed in Perth The staff at Novotel where great nothing was a problem when I asked for a tooth brush I got dressing gowns as well and when the cases arrived they where delivered to our room and we received a phone call on our mobile to advise that they had arrived.
It is the first time we have stayed here. My initial reaction on arriving on the 1st floor to book in was "OMG" this place is pretty dirty. I was amazed at the dirty stained carpets and there were childrens toys laying around near the reservation desk. I was pretty shocked!! First impression is usually lasting impression. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon. We stayed on the 6th floor. The passage ways and the carpets around the lift areas were a disgrace and they stayed that way for about 2-3 days. By the middle of the week the carpets had finallty been vacuumed. On the other hand, our rooms were nice and clean and very roomy. The only complaint I would have about the room is that you should catch up with the times and have KING SIZE beds. Fot that reason I probably would stay somewhere else next time. The location was fantastic and the service was very good. We enjoyed out evening drinks at the bar each night enjoying the views. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Friendly staff, nice rooms and perfect location if visiting Darling Harbour.
We specifically booked for a non-smoking room nearly three months before arrival but was still checked-in in a smoking room. We understand it's the new year but that's the point of booking really early. They were kind enough to give us an odor eliminator for the room. For the price we paid, I would say the hotel was average overall.
