"Easy walking access to the main attractions - Forbidden City / Square and also the top end of the market shopping and business centre. Hopefully attention to detail and customer service elements will be improved prior to the Olympic Games. On occasions we had to wait quite some time to obtain information and service. We were also rather surprised to have an amount charged immediately on checkin to the credit card without notice / explanation. As regular local and international business and leisure travellers this has not been experienced before. We are familiar with the taking of an imprint and blocking but not the actual charging. This procedure without notice may be of concern to the inexperienced traveller. Checking out was a lengthy process. We do however commend the friendliness and their embracing of English in the lead up to the Games" - Anonymous
