Nuevo Madrid Hotel

Good experience and well located for where I needed to be (note: not central Madrid!). However, my colleague's room was less well maintained than mine and the TV remote and taps were faulty (marked down a little because of this).

great hotel service was great let us check in early after a long flight. free bus into town was realy great ,Transfers to airport made it so easy. Would like to come back one day Thank you very much

I've stayed at this hotel 3 times now. It's nicely decorated, staff are very helpful, rooms nice size, very clean, with all the essentials, excellent buffet breakfast- our main reason for coming back! Location not bad, 10 mins walk to Pinar de Charmartin metro station, we found it easier by tube than by driving. Useful that late check in is possible.

Nice little hotel, free internet, but make sure you book a double room as single rooms are a bit small, breakfast average and expensive, but most hotels are like this,

Great as usual!

Excellent all round, rooms are comfortable, all rooms have free internet access, even a flat screen TV that you can connect to the internet without a laptop, bathrooms are all marble, breakfast in the morning was great, one thing , it is a businessmen hotel , as there is no swimming pool , the gym facilities were poor, as it is basically one room with 3 -4 machines, and the restaurant facilities in the hotel rather poor but it diddn't bother me as there are some excellent restaurants neear by. all in all a great hotel to come after a busy business day

Good location approximately 15 minutes from the airport. Recently completed with modern decor. Staff levels were low but those available were very helpful.

Very comfortable hotel with a very nice view over the city.

This is a new hotel at the time I stayed (June 2005). The Facilities were very clean. Being a fitness freak I found the Gym equipment a little lacking but for the leisure users facilities in the gym are OK. I would suggest some Music or TV in the Gym to keep you occupied though. The Resturant Menu is limited, so I would recommend eating out. For Football fanatics the Bernabau stadium is about 10 minutes drive and is an awesome site! Locality to the airport at Barajas is excellent. If sk about hotels in Madrid I can recommend this too you.
