We loved our stay in Nusa Dua Beach Hotel. We felt the tourist office could have a lot more info on what to do in Bali though. We found all staff extremely friendly and helpful. The spacious grounds and hotel made our first holiday in Bali a memorable one and being right on the beach was perfect. Breakfast was delicious, service and environment we could not fault. Would not stay anywhere else. If you want the setting and a lovely hotel this is the place to stay. Plenty to do at this hotel if you didn't want to leave during your stay. Plenty of restaurants and activities. Free bus shuttle every hour to a large shopping complex only minutes away was excellent. A lounge room at the hotel for late departures with showers, TV and playroom etc was brilliant. Thank you to ALL the staff at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel.

Great for spending days in the pool with kids
Was better than in the pictures on the website. Spectacular gardens. Magnificent pool. Prices around the hotel were a bit expensive - but that is often the case in these places. Will definitely stay there again.
it was my first time in Bali and the choice of this hotel make my holidays the best. The only problem was the prices in food inside the hotel was double from outside. Thegood thing that the location is good and you have everything near to you.

Well... let's start with the (only) drawback that is the overall quality of the bedroom which has more to do with a 4 stars than a 5 stars (rooms have had a loooong live and you can see it - refurbishment may be needed soon). For the rest, it is a fantastic hotel because of the outstanding facilities (beaches are gorgeous, tennis & gym are great, many sizable prestigious pieces of arts around the hotel...)... and here, this is not a simple 5 stars but an exceptional one for which we (usually) should have paid much more than we did! In short, value for money is great - and it is a very safe bet for some nice Nusa Dua holidays (btw: perfect location).
Facilities were adequate although room requires renovations. Furniture and fittings looking very tired. Gym is well equipped but should have been positioned to overlook sea or greenery. Instead, it overlooks a wall with shared TV rather than individual monitors per machine. Lap pool at the fitness centre is nice.
The hotel has superb beachfront - exclusive, clean and well maintained. Great garden view. Although its close proximity to neighbouring hotels gives you more dining option without having to leave the hotel, the front office staff should be more informative in recommending eating places in Bali. They should not just recommend the eating outlets within the hotel. Guests have limited choice as not all the hotel eating outlets are opened during the day.

Attention To The Person In Charge, I am very pleased with the services that your hotel has provided me. The staff from your hotel are very professional and friendly. The only thing that I would like to feed back is the hotel room does not provide internet services. Because that night when i reached your hotel. I would like to access the internet to continue with my work and I realised I can't find the cable and I only get to know from the staff that if I would like to access with the internet. I need to go to the business center but at that moment it was already 1am and I had taken my shower. I did not have the intention to walk out of my room again to go to the business center. So would appreciate that in the future would like to see there's an improvement on the room service Thank you!! Best Regards, Fiona
Very luxury hotel
In a 5 star resort you would expect sufficient nr of sunbeds for the number of guests. This was not the case.
This is a great place, good size villa very beautiful surroundings and a great spa. One should definitely go for a village tracking. The hotel is close to Ubud, free shuttle bus from Hotel and a taxi is about $3. Many great places to eat in Ubud (cause the restaurant at Maya is good but the selection is narrow). Definitely go back.

overall alright. but housekeeping needs improvement. they didn't top up our toiletries. other than that, service was excellent :)
