I continually stay at the Oask Calypso. It is very relaxed. Fantastic for families! The laguna pool is just stunning and backs on to beautiful Coolangatta Beach. Food places are just outside your door! The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly! Highly recommended!

would stay again but probably will not go back due to lousy qld weather, hotel is very nice

The bed was really comfortable!

Location was excellent.Close to all amenities. Staff very friendly. Found that the unit needed repainting. Seemed to be getting a little old, therefore the price may have been a little too much. The unit was roomy and had a good size balcony.

Was pleasantly surprised, rates were very reasonable and hotel was excellent, would love to stay longer next time.

The bed was old and apparently the units are individually owned so the managemnet can only recommend to the owners to up grade the bed. Very disappointing.

My daughter and son in law stayed. They just had a great time, and are anxious to return as the best accomodation they have had in QLD. Price, position, facilities were all excellent. I recommended that they use xxxxxx to choose accomodation as I had a world trip recently and xxxxx provided the best site to book overseas, not one hitch the whole trip....thank you. Really friendly staff, room was a bit on the small side but only sleeping there anyway. Great location across from beach and close to all shops, restaurants and junk food shops also (good for cheap brekky). Really easy access to Twin Towns club. i would recommend to anyone . Pool was great . Restaurant didn't seem to be open, maybe under reno or closed down?

Rooms were great , location was perfect , bit disappointing no bar open at all , an only downfall was bed like concrete, in saying that would stay there again...

Was not amused to have to pay the tariff on booking in and then having a photocopy of my drivers licence taken. Website stated 11am book out, on arrival told 10am. No restuarant or room service. Will not be returning nor stay in Oaks establishments in future.

I loved my stay, Oaks Calypso Plaza, Coolangatta ! This was a trip to remember and staying at this fabulous hotel was the icing on the cake. The room was great and the view was second to none. The hotel staff were so friendly and offered great advice. The lovely girl on the front desk who upgraded me to one bedroom apartment with a view!!! - she is a Gem. I hope I get the opportunity to stay with you again. Just Brilliant. :) :) :)

No information on how to use tv. No range hood in kitchen

Overall very good except we had to wait until 2.30pm for room and was told we would be called when room available but this did not occur

No complaints, thank you for a great stay.
