"Reception staff were always attentive, courteous and welcoming. Our 3 night stay was enjoyed in a 23rd floor apartment, with panoramic views to the south, west and east. Perfect. " - Anonymous
"Excellent location in the city - close to the Queen St mall. Rooms are very new and both bedroom and living room have large flat screen TV's with Foxtel. Service is friendly, but being an apartment hotel the reception hours and services are limited. Fresh towels provided daily.
We did not have any noise at all in our three night stay, but a lot of young party people were staying at the hotel.

If you are catching a train into Brisbane, Central Street and Roma Street stations are about a 10 minute taxi ride from the property.
If you are driving – Please note that there is no street parking on George St near the entrance of Oaks Casino Towers, please proceed to the car park as follows:
Access to the car park is via a lane way on the right off Charlotte Street, just BEFORE the "Pancake Manor" restaurant (18 Charlotte Street, Brisbane City). The roller door is approx 25M down the lane way on your left. When you reach the roller door, press “101” and the bell symbol at the intercom panel and we will open the door for you.
