Getting there:The Brisbane International and Domestic Airports are located about 20 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD, approximately $36.00 by Taxi or $13.50 per person by Air-train. If you are catching a train into Brisbane, Central Street and Roma Street stations are about a 10 minute taxi ride from the property. If you are driving – Please note that there is no street parking on George St near the entrance of Oaks Casino Towers, please proceed to the car park as follows: Access to the car park is via a lane way on the right off Charlotte Street, just BEFORE the "Pancake Manor" restaurant (18 Charlotte Street, Brisbane City). The roller door is approx 25M down the lane way on your left. When you reach the roller door, press “101” and the bell symbol at the intercom panel and we will open the door for you.

Great Location overlooking brisbane river They gave us a 2 Bedroom apartment where paid for only one Only concern was cleanliness of bed living and furniture Did not have wireless internet connection Would stay there again
Would like to thank everyone who recommened this hotel. We had a fantastic time with a great room on level 16, have already booked my room for next year. Only thing that the hotel needs is better signage on the carpark and better info on the parking and how to getting in and out.
We really enjoyed our stay at Oaks Casino Towers. The location is excellent - opposite a lovely park, high up in the town-- well above the recent flood level. We loved the huge deck on our 1 Bedroom corner apartment-- fantastic for relaxing and entertaining. Even though it was at the back of the building, it had a great view over the river. Facilities for relaxation and cooking/washing were excellent. Only concern was that the kitchen supplies were somewhat limited-- one small sachet of dishwashing powder for a two day stay. But staff were responsive to our request for more. Staff were all very helpful with any request.
The Oaks was very nice, and very central with lovely views of the Brisbane river. It was comfortable and clean.
Great stay with grandchildren. Finding the car park was most difficult as no signage.
On my top 5 places to stay.Great position in the city. We have stayed before and will definitely stay again. Comfortable beds, pillows etc. Only hiccup this time was that the doors were being painted so their were no numbers on the doors. Staff were friendly and helpful, just an initial oversight with the doors.We did work it though out via the fire escape maps.
Excellent accomodation. Staff were really friendly and efficient. Hotel and room facilities were excellent. Iwill certainly use this hotel again as I often visit Brisbane. Hotel club certainly provided great service with my booking. Thank you
This was a great 1 bdrm apartment, centrally located. It was modern, clean & comfortable. A very enjoyable stay.
The sefl contained unit is excellent, location terrific, price ok, the biggest problem was the lack of lighting in the bathroom, poor quality towels and very hard water. Apart from that everything was ok.
The room was gorgeous - immaculately clean, stylish and good views. Having a washer and dryer was an amazing bonus which we didn't expect. The only time we called the desk for service (for help with the TV remote) the staff were at our room within 2 minutes, and extremely helpful. What really made our stay wonderful though was the warm welcome and ongoing positive attitude of the concierge Tom. He engaged us in friendly conversation every time we met at the desk, and gave us great directions and recommendations. We have previously had negative experiences as a same-sex couple checking into hotels in QLD, but Tom was an absolute delight and entirely welcoming. He should be commended for his wonderful costumer service attitude and his constant dedication to going the extra mile for his guests. He really took our experience with Oaks Casino Towers from great to memorable. Thanks Tom.
Watch out for their awkward car park entrance. No signage at all, no street number. Took me three times driving around to find it. Great view from gym and pool. Service is very average.

Was very pleasant and fantastic location. Disappointed with rooms as we booked triples and got provided with a queen bed 1 room apartment and a king bed 2 bedroom apartment with one bedroom locked so we couldn't use it and got a rollaway bed!! Apart from that, it was great.

I can highly recommend the Oaks Casino Towers. First rate location overlooking the Brisbane River and on the edge of the central shopping district and primary transport facilities. The staff were friendly and able to answer tourist queries. Although the Hotel doesn't have it's own bistro , the kitchenette in my apartment was very well stocked with equipment and reasonably priced cafe's and restaurants surrounded the foot of the Hotel and the adjoining streets. The room was large and clean and I LOVED the plasma TV in the bedroom. I also liked the lap pool and spa on the balcony overlooking the park and River and used it daily. In fact the Oaks was so good , I would be happy to move in for an extended stay , just to use the pool and spa if nothing else !
Apart from slight smell of food odour the accomodation was great value
good location near to the river and entertainment complex,bars ,shops etc. apartment was clean and had all items necessary for a short stay
Quiet, clean and with perfect swimming/spa area. One block from the main noisy areas, so it is close enough to enjoy night life and quiet enough not to be able to hear anything.
Was dissapointed to not be advised that parking was an additional $20, we were not advised at check in, only on check out. 1 staff member at the hotel was very rude, not to only myself but other guests checking in. All other staff members were very polite.
Reception staff were always attentive, courteous and welcoming. Our 3 night stay was enjoyed in a 23rd floor apartment, with panoramic views to the south, west and east. Perfect.
