Getting there:Airtrain to Central Train station. CoachTrans to front door. Taxi's from any location. Driving and coming from South - take the Margaret Street exit from the M1 expressway , follow this along, Turn onto Albert Street and then into Charlotte Street and the property is situated in Charlotte Street. Driving and coming from North - follow directions to Gold Coast and take Margaret Street exit from M1 expressway at city. Follow this along, turn into Albert Street and then into Charlotte Street, the property is situated on Charlotte Streets.
Check-in Procedure:24 hour Reception, 7 days a week. Photo ID and Credit Card authorisation will be required upon check in.

Clean, comfortable room central to city, great water views. As usual Oaks Charlotte Towers meets our needs for staying in Brisbane.
Quiet secure comfortable accommodation with very good facilities for self-catering. Friendly staff. One really good feature was the availability of visitor parking - for up to four hours. That really helped. Handy to city retail centre and transport.

Great location right im the centre of brisbane within a short walk to good restaurants, the rooms are well fitted out and comfortable. Good facilities with pool and gym. Will stay again

Great place to stay. Perfect for the weekend in Brisbane - everything is within walking distance, and the apartments are clean and comfortable. Front counter service could do with an upgrade, however.
Good location near centre of city. Ten minutes easy walk from Central Station (train to airport). Very clean. Lots of space. Everything you need in unit including laundry and dishwasher. Two TV’s – one cable, one digital. Good pool. Nowhere to socialize – you meet people in the lifts.
Stayed three days at Oaks Charlotte Towers. Location was great for our purpose which was shopping and attending QUT university. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The only downside was that the bed was quite a bit furmer than I'm used to. Would stay there again.
Room good, location good, parking below average. Was told parking had been "full for days". Couldn't explain where to park adequately.
One of the finest hotels in which I have stayed. All facilities provided with the room would enable a family to live comfortably after purchasing their food. There are 2 swimming pools, one indoor heated lap pool and one outdoor pool plus bar-b q area. It is only a short walk to City Centre, or to the river for sightseeing . A most delightful stay and look forward to returning for a longer period.

Room very clean and comfortable. Would have been handy to know if the hotel had views at all as we were surrounded by high rise construction work.
Was pleasantly surprised when I entered the lobby. Beautiful decor and the rooms were lovely with a wonderful view. I had a 1-Bedroom unit and also felt very safe at this hotel. The only issue I had was that the corridor to the rooms always smelt of FOOD. I don't know why that was. Unfortunately, did not report this to the front desk. But other than that, the staff were helpful and had a wonderful stay at the hotel :)

Nice clean apartment and good location
My apartment at the oaks Charlotte Towers was fantastic. I had an amazing view and all the facilities i could possibly need for my stay. It was very relaxing and comfortable. The location was perfect for a stroll to the botanical gardens or a quick trip into the heart of Queen Street Mall. Central station is also only 3 blocks away. I will stay there again when i next visit Brisbane. Thank you the Oaks.
Easy to get to and bookin. Noisy on weekend on Charlotte St side. One of the best locations to mall, pubs and cafes in Albert St. Current construction next door has footpath closed 20/4/10.
