great place for families
The location of the hotel is good as it is close to the tram. Customer service experienced during check-in and check-out from the reception staff was extremely poor. Housekeeping didn't service the room on one occasion during our 3 night stay.
Modern and contemporary design. Plenty of room and convenient to airport, casino and convention centre.
It was just perfect being able to stay so close to the Adelaide Oval and walk anywhere in the city centre. The views were lovely and the apartment was terrific-although I was a little surprised, the photos on the website made the apartment look bigger than it really was. It was a bit dear but considering it was in the middle of the Ashes, probably not so bad. Great place to stay
The room we stayed in had an amazing view. excellent facility. conveniently located to CBD. v prompt & friendly staff. I wd stay here again.
a great and very central hotel for sight seeing or work, highly recommended
very central location, but very quiet. A very enjoyable stay
We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, thought the bedroom sizes were small. Bathroom was small and did not have a bath and was very dirty - shower tiles and base were mouldy, bathroom wall and door had brown marks on it and dirt along the top of the tiles. The swimming pool / gym area was old and could do with some freshening up.
Great Hotel, good location staff friendly and helpful.Fantastic car parking facilities .Parked at 9.30am left 12.00pm next day for only $15. Spa and pool were clean and warm(most spas too hot this one perfect)Exellent gym.Stayed in 2bedroom appartment cooking facilities inc. dishwasher,FULL size fridge and complete laundry inc wash tub.Great beds and built in robes. Best hotel i have stayed in adelaide. Only complaint was that the shower was not very hot in morning .Would definatly stay again an recomend to others. Very Happy.
I was very impressed by the hotel - the one-bedroom apartment I'd booked turned out to be a roomy two-bedroom one, tastefully decorated, very comfortable and beautifully clean.
No mini bar in room even though they take imprint of credit card. Also cleaners came into the room even though the do not disturb sign was left on door handle. Faulty remote control for TV.
They have renovated, it really needed it, so it was a pleasant stay.
The best I have stayed in for a long time. Check in was a disaster but room made up for it
Rooms were clean and facilities were as described but bathroom extras were not there. Had to ask for some soap. No hairdryer and one towel short. Otherwise happy with stay.
Location good - walking distance to Adelaide city centre. Room clean and spacious. Staff could be a bit more helpful - didn't tell us evevator card would be disabled if held next to mobile phone etc and told us casino would be open for dinner over Easter but found it closed when we got there. Gym well-equiped. Overall a pleasant stay.
It was fantastic, I was really surprised, even had its own laundry. I definitely would stay there again. The staff provided an excellent service.
wonderful self contained units with everything you would ever want. Except they did'nt service our room for 2 days.
Recently refurbished, so much better then when I was last there.
My experience with this hotel was quite good. The service I got from reception was excellent. I did have a minor problem with the way the lift system worked in that you had to insert your room keycard, remove it and then press your required floor button. Even though I waited 3 seconds after removing my card and pressed my floor button there were times when the floor button refused to remain lit and it took several tries to work. I do not understand why such a system is needed in a hotel.
Cleanliness was very bad.Shower screen was falling off , and when attended to the screen would not slide and I had to squeeze into the shower. Some rooms have been upgraded but obviously I got one that had not been done.
