The Brisbane cafe society is at your doorstep with only a short stroll to the Queen Street Mall, entertainment, business district and parklands. Stylish air conditioned apartments with full kitchen facilities, laundry, separate lounge area and either balcony or alfresco balcony which is enclosed with bi folding windows. Please note that secure car parking is available for an additional cost of $25 per night for cars under 2.1 meters in height. We are unable to accommodate any vehicles over 2.1 meters due to height restrictions of the car park. Spaces are limited and must be booked in advance direct with the hotel.

Getting there:Airtrain to Central Train station. CoachTrans to front door. Taxi's from any location. Driving and coming from South - take the Margaret Street exit from the M1 expressway , follow this along, Turn onto Albert Street and then into Charlotte Street and the property is situated on the corner of Albert & Charlotte Streets. Driving and coming from North - follow directions to Gold Coast and take Margaret Street exit from M1 expressway at city. Follow this along, turn into Albert Street and then into Charlotte Street, the property is situated on the Corner of Albert & Charlotte Streets. The car park entrance in on Charlotte Street. Please contact reception on the intercom by the entrance to gain access to the visitor carpark.
Check-in Procedure:24 hour Reception, 7 days a week. Photo ID and Credit Card authorisation will be required upon check in.

Attention to detail lacking in the rooms. Only half the light bulbs working in the light fittings, missing glasses and china and not real clean. However the location is perfect.

Kitchen area wasn't as clean as I would have liked. Great location, great price, would stay there again.

The room we got was very smelly and the noise from another apartment facing us was almost unbearable. Location is great and thats about it.
Very good facilities and Office staff extremely accommodating in reassigning me a room on the sixth floor (from 16th floor to which there was no lift access due to flood damage to lifts accessing 15th floor upwards) after I explained the large amount and weight of my luggage.
The Oaks Festival Towers was very well priced and located right in the CBD. My Room had excellent views of the River and nightscape. The stay was very enjoyable and will be repeated.
The central location is well serviced by trains and buses and is within easy walking distance to South Bank. The Botanical Gardens are just two blocks away. The Reception staff were very professional and helpful. Our apartment was well equipped with microwave, dishwasher and oven. Views of the river from balcony.
everything was excellent - location was the best as all shops restaurants, cafes were short walk away
Excellent friendly service, very helpfull staff, spacious unit.
I was only expecting a one bedroom apartment considering it was a last minute booking but was upgraded to a two bedroom apartment. Good location as it was close to diff restaurants since i was on a business trip, cooking for myself is the last thing i would want to do after work. The downsides are the foxtel didnt work, cigarette burn on one of the sofas and the blind in the bedroom doesnt close properly. Easy to find parking.
I luv staying here. it's close to everything. The rooms are modern and clean with a great pool/outdoor bbq area. nice.

Facilities average because of the bed. I was really disappointed with the bed. This is the 2nd time it happens to me in this hotel. We booked a double bed. We got 2 single beds pushed together. This is not appropriate for a quality hotel. I am considering not returning to the Oaks.
Excellent cleanliness, service and location to CBD.
Worst reception desk I have come across. Reception staff are good but the location of the reception, it runs down a narrow corridor, very confusing when busy at check in, check out. Note for car park. Entry is first drive way past Nando's on Charlotte St, just after passing Albert St. Buzz on intercom and tell them you're checking in and you get access to visitor carpark, after check in you then need to move your car into hotel carpark another level down.
everything was very good except parking when booking in & out
Rooms a little bit pokey and so was the balcony but overall a top place
