Oaks Harmony Apartments Sydney

I was delighted with everything at these apartments where I stayed on a 3 night special rate thru' RatesToGo. The reception staff were first rate in efficiency and friendly professionalism; the apartment was spotlessly clean; the location was ideal for me. Would highly recommend this place to stay; even had a pool, spa, sauna and gym.

Wanted somewhere close to Capitol Theatre. Oaks is approx 8-10 stroll to theatre. Also Markets close by and easy walking distance to Central Station. The room is equipped with kitchenette, balcony, laundrette.

It's difficult to find carpark due to no signage outside Hotel to get to car park and no signage to get to lift once inside carpark, telephone didn't work, too complex to turn on Foxtel (no instructions), no wireless network. However the apartment was very good (clean and organisied), ample storage space to place luggage (waredrobes, cupboards etc., although the bed did roll too freely, rollers need to be locked so it doesn't roll away from you when you sit down. Over head cupboards in kitchen a bit too high, a short/average height person has no chance of reaching up to get coffee cups (may be a step ladder needs to be provided. Draws for utensiles not ideally located, they should have been located waist height! Security is good, access to apartments easy, short walk to CBD, Darling Harbour and public transport a step away. Rate is a bit high for what you pay for overall.

A few small complaints. The shower screen fell off, the toilet roll holder fell off. The kitchen sink leaked into the cupboard below - horrible smell. No plug for the kitchen sink. Only one sachet of dischwasher powder. Otherwise good...good heating...lovely doonas..convenient car parking and helpful staff.

Enjoyed being close to all the things we needed to be at. Was great to be right in the midlle of darling harbour and chinatown, but also close enough to enmore where we saw a show.

Clean apartment near central station, bedroom rather small otherwise good. Shower screen was broken on arrival but was soon fixed when we mentioned it.

Tucked away behind a Korean restaurant needs better signage. Good size 1 bedroom apartment with separate lounge and kitchen. 2 balconies that allowed fresh air to circulate. King size bed comfortable. Kitchen well set up for making a quick meal. Basic Foxtel provided. Laundry in room great to use. Hall had large spill on carpet, cleanliness could be improved. Close to China Town Darling harbour, Paddy's Market, monorail, Central Station, George St. Lots of students staying at hotel, noisy late at night. Would use again for a few nights stay.

Location was fantastic, as we were attending a conference at the Sydney Entertainment Centre. Place was quiet and very pleasant. We will definitely stay here again. Convenient, very good value for money. Clean. Safe. Close to Central Station, Darling Harbour, Chinatown.

Overall we were very happy with our stay at the apartments. The shower screen came out from the tracks which was dangerous. This was reported on departure. It didn't go down well with me, although I still enjoyed my stay there. Indoor Pool, Spa & Sauna were all fanastic & relaxing. The kids enjoy that very much too.

Very reasonable price for what you get in Sydney. Clean rooms, one of the lounges a bit scruffy but overall clean. Beds really comfortable and quiet rooms. Liked having close vicinity to the Entertainment centre and Markets, Chinatown. Very multicultural area - good cafe out the front. Am going back there next month to stay again with friends.

This place was awesome, lots of space and every convenience was available, much better than a hotel for a long stay.

We found it was central to all that we wanted to see. Pricing was reasonable and staff most helpful

we stayed in a two bedroom apartment, very spacious. clean and got all the facilities your required.recommended for longer stay. really good location as well.

great apartment good size and clean, all you needed in it for a long or short stay, very quiet never heard anyone around us, in a great location near to central station, and china town, would definately stay there again

Very nice except the washing machine and dryer was not on service.

Excellent. The 2 bedroomed apartment was large, spacious and clean. No view but the location made up for that. Proximity to buses, trains & taxis as well as walking distance to Darling Harbour and if you're up for it - Circular Quay. Will definitely use again and recommend to firends.

we had stayed in kings cross and it was horrible so decided to pay a bit more and got a studio apartment at this price it was brilliant we had our own laundry facitlitys great for travelllers and it had cooking facilities it had everything you needed and the area in china town lots of nice food!

These apartments are in a great location; near Central Railway Station, Capitol Theatre, Chinatown, Paddy's Markets, and a short walk to Darling Harbour and the city centre. There is a coffee shop downstairs and it is quiet in the rooms!
