Great apartment. Very helpful & friendly staff. Don't like the fact that you have to put $150 on your credit card that gets put back when you leave but can take up to a week to get back into your account and has taken up to a month insome cases.
Recommended. Great location, nice apartment, great views over the city. Will definitely stay next time in Brisbane.
Great location, everything you could ask for provided in the room, stay here every time we go to Brisbane.
Excellent location facilities and also amenties
Functional apartment, reasonably well equiped in an excellent location close to Central Station, the CBD and Fortitude Valley.
Everything about this hotel was excellent. Would recommend this hotel
Great location for our very wet Brisbane Christmas! Close to shops , entertainment and river cruise terminal. Could do with more lighting in bathroom- very dark in shower and when putting on makeup!
Brilliant location for longer term stay ie kitchen etc. I will stay again.
what an amazing hotel, got upgraded to a 2bdr apartment which was cool - nice views. ask for a higher floor apartment because i think the lower apartments would be less impressive. my only gripe was the really unfriendly staff - both on check in and check out. i paid $20 cash for the parking because i split it with a friend so i wouldnt have to pay it on my account. then upon checkout, they tried to charge me $20 because they said there was no record of the cash payment. it really damaged my otherwise lovely impression of the hotel.
Centrally located. Average outlook from rooms. Well set out 2 bedroom unit. A nice walk/distance to Queen Street Mall. If the price is right I would stay there again.
This is one of the best places I have ever stayed in.The rooms were clean and tidy.Full kitchen and cooking facilties were top notch.LCD TV in lounge and bedroom. No foxtel but had dvd player and micro stereo.Awesome value and only one block from Central Station. Will be staying there again.
Having stayed for 7 nights it would have been nice to have the sheets changed on the bed mid way through, and the bathroom could have been cleaned. The towels, rubbish etc were serviced daily (good). When we went to use the dryer it was broken (obivously no one had reported this). Bit disappointed in the pool is was cold. The lack of tourist information (brochures) available to guests was lacking. The front counter staff were excellent. (Especially Ben)
Wehad a very nice 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor.
Apartment was clean, comfortable and quite suitable for a longer stay. Only stayed the 1 night, car park was extra 20 but thats normal for city hotels. Bathroom was a little on the small side, thats the only negative.
This was our second stay at the Oaks Lexicon Apartments Brisbane. Our first stay was to rave about.Ticked all the boxes. Our second stay was a little frustrating with having to ask why our bed was not made, towels not replaced and non replacement of cleaning products. I can clearley see that this was a houskeeping issue. I was assured from the front desk that they did have a new houskeeper on board and that she would be further trained. I have no hesitation in recommending the Oaks Lexicon Apts for your stay. You will enjoy the wonderful views and the convenience to the City and surrounds. If you have a car it will cost you $20 a day which l thought a little expensive.
It was a nice apartment however porta cots are extra and quite expensive. Also in the room we stayed in the toliet made a loud noise every 30 mins or so. This got quite annoying during the night!
Nice kitchen with wide range of equippment.
view is excellence, facilities are good, but just the cooking equipment is not enough
I found this hotel very clean and the staff friendly. The position is great and I would not hesitate in recommending this establishment to any one else. We will return. Thanks
A very reasonable if slightly dated decor apartment with everything one might need. The reception staff were all extremely helpful and reacted to issues promptly (light bulb change type of issues).
