Oaks Maestri Towers Sydney

Great location, busy, well used, quite spacious single rooms on the street corner side of the building...which could be improved with redecoration. Air-conditioning in the apartment level corridors needs to be improved.

The Oaks Maestri Towers is well located to the city and reasonably priced for a one bedroom apartment. The bedroom was nice, the bathroom nice, the kitchen okay, but the main living area a bit basic with old and basic furniture. All in all a good solid establishment, but not luxury.

Spacious & light apartment with full facilities. Double sofa bed had thin mattress & was originally made up with mattress upside down - could feel the springs. Housekeeping let the service down by not replenishing supplies & towels without numerous requests.Crockery a bit sparse. Pool & spa a bit cool - apparently having heating problems. Reception staff very helpful & friendly.If hadn't had problems with housekeeping would have rated 4+*.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was the perfect size and the staff were very kind when we checked in and out.

internet service very expensive

This is the 3rd time I have stayed here, Usually it is pretty good but this time I got "upgraded" to a 2 bedrooms, which is really not an upgrade because it is still the same but with 2 bedrooms which is useless unless you have more people which I didnt. The floors were pretty dirty and the bathroom was average, there were lots of marks on the walls etc and remotes on TV didnt work. I really only used the place to sleep in.

Great apartments in the heart of sydney city, very close to everything. The 2b apartments were a great size with room to move, very clean. highly recomemded.

As 4.5 star hotel, it looks only equals 3.5 star. location and service is good, hardware is not equal 4.5 star hotel's hardware.

A very nice apartment, however needs some paint and refurbishing. Rooms look tired. The room was tidied each day but not cleaned.I was required to ask for milk and coffee satchets each day as they were not restocked. Otherwise a great location.

I just have one word to describe this service apartment "Excellent"

We have a family of 5 - 2 adults and 3 children. We were extremely disappointed that there were no rooms available to accommodate our family in one room. To have our family split is not really a family holiday. What was even more disappointing is that the rooms were big enough to fit ALL of our family. Also we were required to pay for parking. Why is parking not provided by the hotel?

I was a little dissapointed at the rooms,being rated 4.5 stars I expected a bit better.I also had booked 2 rooms and automatically assumed we would be on the same floor.This didnt happen and staff neglected to tell us we couldnt go to each others rooms with ease.was reasonably happy with the staff,some being much more helpfull than others.

Nice appartment

This use to be a great hotel about 5-6 years ago. I haven't stayed here for a few years and it now is very tiered!

Perfect spot, gorgeous apartment, very helpful staff... Overall I was very happy and will definetly return...

Maestri Towers is a good valued service apartment located in a very convenient spot in the middle of everything. Staff is friendly and helpful and would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Oaks Maestri Towers Sydney was almost 3weeks duration. The service at front desk was memorable

Great location, off the plane on the train short walk with trolly case down hill from Town Hall station and I'm in my sixties. Helpful staff, nice apartment, comfy beds would stay again and recommend it to friends and rellies....

Very Good location for the price, I have been few times staying here, I found that hotel become less clean on my last visit. Overall I still recommend this hotel.
