"We would not return to Oaks. The car park underground was expensive and very difficult to manouvre in; we had to get the car out before ten am in order to avoid paying by the hour. We had breakfast only once because the food was cold and uninteresting.
The room had many facilities, yet the glassed in narrow bathroom was a handicap -barely room to move, and the light waking people up during the night. Also there was no window to the exterior." - Anonymous

"we booked one of the sky suites, and were promised a large balcony, we had a balcony but it was tiny, one of the roll up curtains was broken, there was a blood splatter on the shower curtain and the windows were filthy. The brand new conference facility at the Oaks on Collins with rooms catering from 10 to 200 guests.
