"The apartment was absolutely spotless, noise free. Apart from the excellent location near to all public transport and easy walking distance to City and MCG areas, the 2 bedroom apartment was very comfortable with a good kitchen lounge area, verandah and wooden flooring.
It was perfect for our family as it allowed both to have separate areas but also big enough to allow us all to enjoy the lounge/kitchen area.
The step down from the shower is quite high though and the use of the handrail is a necessity" - Anonymous
"We chose this apartment hotel for it's location ( close to chinatown and parks ) value for money and the fact that it is new. The service was good and the in-room facilities more than adequate." - Stephen Carlisle
"fantastic place, very clean, new, with great facilities. Would definitely go back." - Anonymous
"Very nice apartment but a little clinical & cold in feel & temperature. Nice furnishings & good value. Service however was lacking. Arrived early after phoning reception so to be in time for a wedding. No effort to have our room ready, which staff only sought to attend to after pressure. Despite an hour + notice it would take 30 minutes to have the room ready as cleaning had not started. The only alternative was to change in public toilets, with no ironing or other facilities available (not to mention possibly a room change with some other guest arriving later). Young male at reception needs a dose of customer service training - just going through the motions of his job. Don't get me started about parking! Equally good value available elsewhere in Melbourne CBD and a little more centrally located - would likely try another hotel in future simply due to average service - when staying in another city its not just about the room its about the full package and you expect more from 4 star." - Chris Bramley
