A fantastic place for families and couples alike. Very comfortable accommodation in a beautiful setting.
Beautiful resort style accommodation with the most amazing pool I’ve ever seen. The pool isn’t that deep at about 90cms but what it lacks in depth, it makes up for in length! You can ‘walk’ the whole way around the resort without ever leaving the pool itself. The resort is very nice & comfy. We stayed in one of the hotel rooms which looked out onto one of the pool ‘beach’ areas with lovely relaxing looking recliners. I could imagine myself in summer relaxing by the pool with a cocktail & then going for a quick dip in the pool or one of the spa pools dotted about.
Very nice
Love the pool. Room was clean and tidy.
Very nice and clean resort with lots of facilities. It would be the top place to stay at if it was closer to the water.
Nice facility but housekeeping checks were not up to scratch - TV remote didn't work (1 Battery missing) and kitchen was missing frypan (which we specifically wanted)
I love it here, very clean and nice place to be chill out.
beautiful resort 5 star at cheap prices' Friendly and helpful staff. I would stay here again
The room was very clean and the pool facilities are excellent, but we had a few problems which were frustrating. Firstly, the 'king' bed was actually two king single beds pushed together. They were different heights (by about 3cm) so it made it difficult to consider it a 'king' bed. When I asked about that, I was told that all the 'king beds' were two beds pushed together and was offered a blanket to try and even the heights up. One of the bed side lamps didn't work, and didn't get fixed during our stay. When running a bath, the cold water tap got stuck on (though that did get fixed very quickly). Besides a somewhat snippy front desk manager, the staff were lovely and the food was great and the facilities (pool etc) were excellent.
The hotel was great the room was first class. The pool was to die for overall i give it 10/10. Id stay there again without hesitation.
Excellent place for a family holiday. Love the pool, steam room and outdoor pool although we were adults on a holiday!! Will definitely go back again!!!
From the initial booking which was on the phone through to the actual stay - it was great and friendly service. It was all that I expected. The hotel is in a great location not far from Nelson Bay and just a hop and skip to the shopping centre. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. I will definitely re-book at a later date.
The resort is beautiful! I did have a couple of issues though, housekeeping brought new towels but didn't clean the room or make the bed. Also our room was directly opposite the restaurant which meant it was quite noisy and people were looking right at you when you were on the balacony! We stayed in a studio which surprisingly had a kitchen sink, microwave, kettle, toaster and bar fridge which was really handy!
One of the premier resorts that I have had the pleasure to stay.
I booked a studio lagoon apartment with a view of the beach pool but our balcony was blocked by palm plants/trees. Also bathroom is too small and shower didn't work well. DVD player was also not connected to the tv. We had to figure out on our own how to use it.
The quality furnishings are truly beautiful. The rooms are very modern clean and airy with plasma TV’s and stereo, a microwave and large bathrooms with a separate bath and shower. The windows and doors have lovely white shutters and you have a little outdoor setting to sit on. The restaurant had a good variety of food and wine, the staff were very friendly and accommodating . We booked a room only , but had a look at the apartments that were surrounded by a fantastic fool and they were beatiful. We will definitely return this summer for a week.
3rd time we've stayed here and still pleased with everything. We booked a 1 bedroom lagoon view. The apartment was lovely and modern. The in-room spa was nice and relaxing.
It was a very nice place. We will definitely be back next time. The counter staff was nice as well. Cheers! Norman
The hotel has very modern furnature. The spas are good and swimming poor is beautiful for summar time. It is within 10 min drive to beach.
it was fine sofa bed mattress was upside down so my daughter had a rough night on bare springs we notified in morning and they were nice all good
