"Comfortable 2 bd room apartment in city center, close to all major POI. A bit noisy with bar sounds at night, but that's what you get in a city.
Friendly staff, clean and new apartment with all comforts even washer/dryer. Only one negative: parking is a problem, be sure to pre book! But even then the parking garage has small spaces and is too expensive (20$/night).

"Had a 2 bedroom place. Rooms and buidling generally, were very small. Everything was packed in. Bathroom was very small. Overall, was very disappointed and, in future, would not simply rely on the "Oaks" brand name. Also, this part of Auckland is a bit sleazy with girlie bars and massage parlours in the immediate vicinity." - Anonymous
