"Good Location. One bedroom unit very good. Hallway very stuffy and a little smelly. Staff great." - Anonymous
"Very happy with our stay here. Excellent location in CBD with only a short walk to Queen St Mall, Eagle St Pier restaurant precinct, City Cat pier & Southbank. Using a special "3-day minimum stay" deal made the daily rate very reasonable . No WiFi broadband access but if internet access required, plugin modem is available for $1000 deposit and $24 for 500Mb download (no hourly rate). I considered this expensive, so did not use the service." - David Donnelly

"Wow...well, we got there and the room had towels everywhere, etc..looked like someone stepped out for a second. We had to complain. Megan? was great she was a little embarrased but kept her cool. We were located to another room, that had been 'cleaned' but pubic hair etc all over the bed, bathroom, hair on floor in loungeroom..was pretty grose. Again, megan was called, she was really nice, offered to make the bed for us, but the rest of it just wasnt clean, and being a 3 day stay..no. So she had us transferred to oaks festival towers and arranged free parking for 3 days($60 value)
No parking area for checkin, but this eems to be a problem at most, if not all Oaks hotels, pretty dissapointing as parking is a problem to say the least. Would I try it again, maybe not." - Anonymous
